Sage led us to the kitchen island where there was a large bowl of garnet liquid.
“Oh yes, your famous punch,” Emma said.
I watched as Sage slid her eyes to my girlfriend.
“Yes, you must try it, but be careful, it packs quite a punch,” she burst out laughing at her silly pun, her breasts bouncing. I liked her even more now.
“That’s all the convincing I need!” Emma walked up and poured herself a cup.
“And what about you, Haley?”
I shrugged. “Hmmm, I don’t know, I don’t want to drink too much tonight.”
“Oh, there’s no alcohol in it,” Sage said.
“Really? Then why is it so popular?”
“You have to drink it to understand,” Emma said, looking at me over the rim of her cup, she had that devilish look in her eyes that I loved so much. Really, she picked an appropriate costume...but I couldn’t ignore that they were acting weird.
“Okay, okay, I’ll try it.”
I stepped up to the bowl and looked down at the dark red liquid, there was something in it, it looked like herbs. I filled a cup and turned to Sage and Emma, who again were exchanging looks.
“Bottoms up, and I mean that in every way possible,” Sage said as we clinked our cups together.
