THE QUEEN

We should head back. It will be dark soon. Ixora eyed her partner in the quickly dimming light. Sorsha’s inky scales seemed to suck in the last of the fading sun, causing shadows to dance across her hide. Don't want to lose you in the night.

You will never lose me. Not again. She glided close, letting her snout caress down Ixora’s side. Small licks of flame puffed from her, illuminating the Red Dragon’s face. Her eyes danced with a naughty mischief. Maybe we should stop for a while?

Even without the flames tickling down her flank, Ixora could feel the rising passion radiating from her lover. It was a heat that was reflected in the swelling lust between her legs. They had been reunited for only a few days, and Sorsha was big on making up for lost time. She chuckled, letting the growing lust she felt lace her reply. Stopping would make us even later.

Then I guess I will need to be quick.

It was all the warning Ixora got before the large Black Dragon was wrapped around her, tangling their wings together. They fell, only to pull apart seconds later. Sorsha dove for her again, causing them to plummet once more. Ixora could feel the hard, thick black tail between her legs as it rubbed up and down her scales. She pushed herself away, tucking her wings tight and angling towards the ground. It was a dangerous move in the fading light, but she knew this area well from her childhood. They had played this game here often in their youth.

It was the same grove where she had fallen and been lost to both her family and lover for all too long.

She pushed the thought from her mind, eyes focusing on the last of the fading sun reflecting from a small stream. She tucked her wings, hurdling herself towards it. A quick glance over her shoulder told her that Sorsha had taken the bait. In the last moments, she angled sharply up before initiating the change. Her slender human form skidded and then rolled over the soft grass, breaking her fall. She laughed, happy to feel the freedom of flight and play again. She looked up, finding the black dragon’s shimmer before the last hint of light finally slid over the mountains, plunging the sky into full darkness. It was the only warning she had before Sorsha's body fell over hers, a move they had practiced as hatchlings as a takedown maneuver. Her feisty lover had quickly perfected it for other, more pleasurable reasons.

Ixora grunted as the sturdy body of her lover tucked itself against her, Sorsha's lips immediately capturing her. The familiar thrill of pleasure laced her body in shivers. How had she stayed away so long?

You are rusty, too easily captured on the ground. The black dragon chided as she kissed down her lover's neck.
