Everyone wants to be confident, but sometimes it is out of reach or difficult to obtain for a variety of reasons.
The truth is that confidence is one of the elusive, essential and generally misunderstood qualities that most certainly helps us build meaningful relationships, boosts our social skills, as well as developing both personal and professional aspects of our lives.
Many people wonder whether confidence is hardwired into our DNA or whether this quality is something everyone can learn.
