Dedication
My parents passed away due to cardiovascular diseases like hypertension, diabetes and stroke at the time I was studying abroad. I miss them very much because they died during my absence and as their only child, I have my full responsibility to look after them in their last days of life. I wish I would like to take care of them properly with the new paradigm of modern integrative health care so that they could enjoy their quality of life with less sufferings. I understand though that everybody cannot escape ageing, suffering and death. These days many people across the globe , especially the hate agents , hate groups, and those committing mass shootings who have evil passions, hatred and ill-will start fighting and killing innocent people. Hate crimes thus occur very often in many countries. In fact shootings are crimes against all humanity. Mental health , addiction and drug and gun control laws should be reinforced in all countries to counter the hateful thoughts, ideologies and unwholesome behaviour.
Therefore, if you want to learn positive thinking away from hatred and ill-will and learn stress reduction technique in a short span of time in a right way, I would like to share my practical and extensive experience. The title of my e-book is HUMAN EMOTION: HATE (HOW TO FIX IT)
