Introduction
The most recent studies conducted on weight loss methods show that average individuals add one to two pounds around their abdominal area without changing their fitness and dieting habits between the ages of thirty-five to fifty-five.
In females, this is related to many different factors, including estrogen dominance. Estrogen dominance is a completely natural shift happening in the process of hormone production which for the majority of women begins at the age of thirty.
This natural shift in the production of hormones can easily cause weight gain as well as sabotage weight loss efforts.
Moreover, estrogen mainly places that extra weight around the abdomen which carries both medical and aesthetical harm.
Once this natural shift in the hormone production has taken place, it creates an extremely vicious cycle in which the formation of fat cells boosts even greater estrogen production.
For this reason, females older than thirty are biochemically predisposed to produce more estrogen which makes their bodies more prone to adding excess pounds.
Therefore, changing your dieting and your fitness habits are not the only important factors leading to optimal weight and a lean belly.
There are many other important factors as well such as hormones which can easily add inches to your waistline as well as make you more prone to adding excess pounds.
For this reason, getting a lean belly is a matter of changing your dieting, your fitness habits as well as resetting your metabolism.
Burning belly fat is not as easy as you may think or everybody would be doing it. Nonetheless, everybody can do it.
Once you understand that you cannot get your dream body only by changing your fitness habits, you will definitely realize that you have to get serious about your nutrition and dieting habits as well.
