About this ebook
John Lesterson
John Lesterson was almost born with a fishing rod in his hand. As long as he could remember that is all he ever wanted to do was fish and hunt. It was his top priority. In 1975 he left high school and joined the army to fulfill his dreams of making it to Alaska. For the last 43 years John has fished hard, played hard, and did all the fun things the great state of Alaska has to offer. In 2002 John retired as a fishing guide and now spends his time fishing and playing in Alaska—but this time with, Dawn, his wife of 32 years, his son and daughter in law Brian and Desiree, his grandsons and all his friends that just want to go fishing. John has loved his life and continues to live his life with the attitude that life is short and life is good so just go fishing and have some fun.
