How to Live like a Millionaire Playboy on a Blue-Collar Budget; A Vacation and Retirement Guide to Pattaya and Bangkok Thailand - Brett Tate
The Adult Disneyland
If your dream lifestyle includes pristine beaches in a year-round warm climate, a stress-free life dating gorgeous women, in a relaxing culture with a tiny cost of living...you need to be thinking of moving abroad. Thailand is a picturesque tropical country in southern Asia, known for crystalline blue-green waters and sandy white beaches. It’s home to stunning exotic islands, ancient Buddhist Gold Temples – residents experience world-class cuisine, golf, scuba diving, island hopping, and sexy women with wandering eyes and hands in every direction.
Thailand offers FIRST WORLD LIVING at THIRD WORLD PRICES. (think about what I just said - let that sink in).
Where to Live? It depends. Do you prefer a girlfriend or wife? Consider living in Chiang Mai, Koh Chang, Koh Samui, Krabi, the outskirts of Ko Phi Phi, Phuket, or lower southern provinces. (Krabi’s Phangna Bay is James Bond Island from Goldfinger). All offer an exhilarating lifestyle.
Many Western executives choose to live and work in Bangkok for the fast-paced city and frenzied nightlife. Bangkok is nearly the size of NYC. It’s a major International Corporate Technology Center; and home to its famous Red-Light Districts and massage parlors, and incredible freelancer disco nightlife. If you earn 6 figures here and get paid in Euros or US Dollars; combined with tiny Bangkok expenses, the life you can lead would make Hugh Hefner jealous.
For adrenaline junkies like me, Pattaya, Thailand is where you want to live. Sin City. Hands down, the wildest place on the planet. Besides the fact it’s life at the beach, it’s a numbers game. Imagine 10,000 young freelancers in a 4 mile stretch of beach town looking to hook up. Thanks to 1000s of clubs, discos, dating sites, social media and massage parlors, it’s an unlimited reservoir of horny cute girls. Send one a text, and they appear at your door step so fast, you’ll think it’s a porn magic show.
Pattaya’s center of all things naughty is Walking Street, home to 3,500 available dancers in 65 gogos, in 300 yards. In 2 hours of gogo tours, you’ll see more eye candy and witness more hilarious things than you can
imagine. The infamous Walking Street RLD has the wildest, funniest nightlife in the world. Besides strip clubs every 50 feet, you have 5 huge discos where sexy freelancers outnumber guys 5 to 1. There are outdoor bad ass Asian 70s-90s metal bands every block, clubs, circus performers, seafood restaurants with lobster the size of battleships, bizarre sights, and streets packed with thousands of long hair, high-heeled, mini skirt cuties grabbing your ass and propositioning you. It’s sheer pandemonium!
Go BIG or go Home!

Where you Are vs. Where you Can Be
For a minute, forget your boring social life in a sexless culture surrounded by cattle-sized feminists. Imagine how much worse your life would be on a scant $30,000 annual income. A shitty studio apartment. No social life or dining out. A crappy older car. No health insurance. Celibacy. Feeling like all is lost, or even a little bit suicidal.
In Thailand, 55 year old men retire on a $30,000 income, live in an ocean view condo and live like a Millionaire Playboy. They dine out every meal, have a hot girlfriend half their age, or date three different girls every week. They have more sexy women than time available to ravish them. Daytimes are spent at the beach, playing pool or golf. On wilder nights, they’re smothered with dancers in strip clubs. Naked girls giggle and grind in their lap pinching their fat belly, while shining their bald head. They’ll take one home if they’re in the mood....just because they can.
Attention! All you 20s and 30s millenials with internet careers...the world here is a candy store beyond imagination. You guys have grown up working 24/7 in a repressed anti-male society. Some of you may have never even seen stunning, exotic and erotic girls. Well I’m here to change all this. Block off a few hours and read this guide a few times. It’s almost 200 pages of heavily researched details, insider techniques and facts for where to go, live, eat, party, the costs, and much more.
This guide is written so as to remove the mystery and fears of traveling abroad. Think a Lonely Planet guide meets Penthouse magazine. When you finish reading, you’re fully prepared to make the next move towards making this your Lifestyle. Temporarily or permanently. There’s one ENORMOUSLY BIG DETAIL that makes your life here simple and easy…
If you’ve never been this side of the globe, Asian Freelancers are a sure thing.
So, relax as you read on, knowing you don’t need studly looks or game. This is just how life is in most every other country in the world.
"Men always pay. The only decision is whether you are
paying them to leave, or paying them to stay."
Living in Thailand with a $60,000+ income, you’re officially a Player. You can rent a premium, beachfront ocean view condo for $1000-1200 a month, that would cost a cool million to own back home. $60k is the equivalent to a $300-500k lifestyle in the West. You’ll find yourself regularly taking vacations with two girls at a time to beautiful islands. You’ll take for granted having centerfold looking girlfriends. And if you happen to be 45 or less and have a little game with the ladies... your life will be like you are Brad Pitt the Billionaire, put out to stud like a thoroughbred horse.
Can I Pull this off? Afford it?
Allow me to illustrate how easy it is to have this fantasy life. Earning just $30,000+ a year, while living on Thailand expenses at pennies on the dollar, equals Living the Dream. Any income above $30,000 accelerates your lifestyle exponentially. Let’s jump right in and get down to the nitty gritty. One question; for the next few months or year(s);
Do have a career that is not dependent on your location? Is your office a computer and cell phone? There are thousands of laptop, or remote
careers that qualify. That’s all you need to change your life. Pack your bags.
Older gents. Want to retire 10 years sooner and feel like you are 29 again? There are millions of men with a low six figure nest egg, or men living off investments, a pension, or a Social Security income. Got your attention? Read on. Then pack your bags.

The Remote Career Test:
If you said YES to any, you can make the move now...
You only live once. Come on in. The Water’s warm. Live in a tropical climate, lead a healthier lifestyle, golf, meet friendly, sexy women, enjoy modern comforts and affordable, high quality medical care. I’ve never met anyone who regrets living abroad.
Think Outside the Box
The truth is, you can easily afford to live here with a remote job. Time to analyze the revised budget closer. Let’s calculate all the money you’ll save living on Thailand expenses vs. the hefty Western expenses you leave behind. Eliminate your big apartment rent, or expensive mortgage payment, and all the costly home repairs and electric bills. No more property taxes or state taxes. Cancel your high dollar healthcare insurance. Sell your car. Lose the car payments, repairs, or car insurance. (When you return home to visit, use uber). Add up this US monthly nut and subtract it from a Thai middle-class monthly budget of $1200.
So, what are your reduced monthly budget savings? $1,500 a month? $2000? $3,500? $5,000? Just these reduced bills alone can support people here year-round.
In Thailand, on the low end, you can rent a smaller apt for as little as $250 a month; Pattaya middle class living puts you in an ocean view medium sized condo for $500-600 a month. Transportation? There’s no need for a car, as cabs are 30 cents. Almost everything is walking distance. Health care plans w/ catastrophic coverage start at $50-75 a month, with a lower deductible.
But there’s more...The BIG ONE; the foreign earned income tax exclusion. Americans who stay outside the country for 330 days in a year pay NO INCOME TAXES on their first $103,000 in income. (IRS rules; https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p54.pdf)
How much would this save you a year? For most, this saves you another $5,000 to $10,000, even $15-20,000 a year.
RETIREMENT: Just the money you save with lower monthly expenses, and no longer paying income taxes may finance your entire lifestyle here. Any income you earn above that is just gravy. Live like a king, while banking money. It’s a Great day to be Alive!
All you need to start changing your life is the balls to fly here on vacation just once, and witness paradise first hand. The worst that can happen is you’ll have an incredible time, and go home with a big, huge grin…a changed man.
The Transition;
I’m not recommending you move on your first trip. First, vacation here for 2 to 3 weeks. The follow-up trip lengthens to 2 or 3 months. By the third trip, you’ll be pissed you are wasting money on your absentee rent or mortgage, and absolutely dread coming back to your boring life at home. The Pattaya Blues can be overpowering.
The day will eventually come when you sell almost everything, get a storage unit, and park your car at a relative’s house. The last trip back, you’ll sell your car and uber to airport, and live happily ever.
During my first trip, by just the second week I didn’t want to return. I wish I had a DeLorean with a flux capacitor. I’d take this book and go back in time to my first trip; I’d sell everything before the
