Fly For Free - Manuel De Cortes
Introduction
Dear reader,
I firstly want to express my thanks to you for buying and downloading the book Fly for Free: Practical Tips you Need to Know about Getting Cheaper Flights and Traveling the World like the Rich and Famous
.
This book contains proven steps and strategies on how to become a jet setter in your own personal life. After reading this book, you will have gained new insight into booking high quality, luxurious flights and be truly pampered while flying. The best part is, you will still have some cash in your wallet left over afterwards!
Here’s an inescapable fact: you will need to strategically budget your trip if you are planning on flying and not draining your savings account. According to an article written by the Associated Press, it is reported that the average round-trip flight now costs up to $510 per person! This outrageous fee is reported to increase yearly and it doesn’t show any sign of plateauing soon. Costs for baggage, food, and security equipment is likely the cause of this expensive phenomenon and with all of the airport safety threats lately these costs are only likely to keep increasing nationally. Some airlines even charge you extra for these services!
So what?
If you do not develop your frugal flying plan now you may end up spending way more money than necessary for a hum-drum flight. In addition, you might end up spending the extra money you saved up for souvenirs, food, or hotel room service just on the flight alone! Nobody wants to be that guy. So before you end up kicking yourself for breaking the bank, read this book and you could be flying in style for half the cost!
––––––––
It’s time for you to become an amazing plane passenger with the pesos to prove it.

Chapter 1: Finding the Flight that best fits you
The first step to flying like the rich and famous is to find the flight that best fits you. That means decisions, decisions, decisions! Variables such as the time of day the flight leaves, the day of the week the flight departs on, as well as the month that you are traveling in will affect the price of the airline tickets. Most people don’t know that it’s not about the destination of the flight that decides the price, but rather, it’s all about the timing.
For example, if you want to catch a flight on the weekend or fly around Christmas time, these flights cost a lot more than a flight on a Wednesday in September would.
