Me, Myself and I: A Journey Towards Self-Awareness and Wholeness

About this ebook
Me Myself, and I is a book on one's individuality. It is about one's journey towards self-awareness and
wholeness.
Since life has its twists and turns, people are encouraged to seek guidance. As a diagnostic tool in exploring oneself, it integrates behavioral science with God's Word, in the end to be able to
change one's mindset as one strives to become a better version of oneself.
This book is an attempt to
explore human behavior and how we interact with others. Its purpose is to take a glimpse of one's past
and examine the present situation so as to offer a vision of one's future self. The book also introduces
counseling, the practical aspect of life coaching and the theoretical aspect of psychotherapy but puts
more value through a spiritual rebirth experience in the person of Jesus Christ and the application of
doctrinal and biblical principles to work towards behavioral change. Moreover, may this book serve as a
guide light in finding inner healing from the hurts which may have led to hang-ups and the development
of negative habits.

INTRODUCTION
BELOVED, I PRAY THAT you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
(3 John 2 NKJV)
Let me begin by saying this: I believe that anybody in their purposive, deliberate and goal-oriented frame of mind wants to be the best person they can be, in light of their abilities, interests, training, personality, individuality or disposition in life.
It is safe to assume that everyone wants to make a difference and have a positive contribution to the lives of those we love or for society in general. All of us want to excel in what we do as a son/daughter, a student, a security guard, a sous-chef, or a supervisor. No one comes into this world desiring to be a scoundrel. Whatever socio-economic, educational level, or physical condition we are in, we are all capable of making our world a better place to live
