Jeff is a graduate of The Coaching Academy, with over three years experience in coaching. He is currently Head of Performing Arts in a North Somerset school. Jeff began coaching teachers in his school back in 2008, to improve personal performance for teachers and students. Over the last few years he has seen all of his clients unlock their strengths, overcome obstacles, take control of their agenda to relieve stress, and grow in confi dence for their work and personal lives. In 2011 Jeff set up Catharsis Life Coaching, Bristol to reach clients facing stress and confi dence issues through personal coaching.
