Staying Sane with Baby Brain is Chelsea's first published book. Once the initial shock of becoming a mum had worn off, she realised that lots of little pieces of good advice had filtered her way through friends and family which other new mums could benefit from. At the suggestion of a friend, she decided to put them all in a book. It is her hope that readers will come across some good ideas that they can put into practice to make their lives more enjoyable in the context of dealing with sleep deprivation and a newborn baby. Chelsea has a loving husband and a delightful daughter. These days she works full time as a high school mathematics teacher.
