Parental Guide: What Every Parent Should Know - From Toddler Discipline to Understanding Tweens
()
About this ebook
If you are a parent that is having challenges figuring out what you can do to get your child to do what you say or just to hone your parenting skills then you need a copy of “Parental Guide: What Every Parent Should Know.” The author is a parent herself and has gone to great lengths to ensure that she provides all the basic information that a parent could need to cope effectively.
The thing that many parents fail to realize is that certain actions on their part can make a toddler or older child more obstinate. There are also the first-time parents who simply may not know what they need to purchase to not only make their lives more comfortable but to make the child comfortable as well. It can be a confusing time for many parents and the author makes the process that much easier to get through.
Raquel Wilson
The role of being an effective parent can be a challenging one and Raquel Wilson is more than aware of that. She had observed her mother be an effective parent and when she became a parent herself her mother helped her to make it through this period. With the help of her mother Raquel was able to make it through those first few formative years in her children’s lives. Her mother not only helped her with the pre-preparation before she had her first child but also helped her to get through the hurdles of parenting when the child was born. She made the decision to share some of what she had learned with others and put together a book that would help. She is aware that there are many other books on parenting out there but is confident in the fact that her personal approach will be more effective in helping other parents.

Chapter 1 No Need to be Perfect!
Just a year ago, as I was about to give birth to my first child, my head was full of ideas and thoughts about how I was going to be the perfect
mother. I would wash every little thing my son might touch as many times as necessary to make sure he never came in contact with yucky germs.
