Preface
I’ve struggled with writing this preface, trying to find the right words. I’ve changed the text, erased it completely, put back some parts of it, changed it again, and then decided to just do it and pray for the best!

That is why I wrote this book. Maybe you don’t have anyone to talk to regarding your life situations; maybe you want someone to offer you constructive criticism or objective feedback; or maybe you want help from someone who won’t take advantage of you. Ultimately, I want you to think about making a shift in your consciousness that will allow you to move to the next level of your life. If you are feeling trapped you don’t have to stay trapped because there is
