“I believe as we honestly connect with ourselves and others, we actually create the life we love!” Sherry Lee Heeb is also the co-creator of Spinoza, the world’s first singing and talking teddy bear, J.S. Girls Club, and a peace project for adolescents. In our world of technological sophistication, we often feel everyone is connecting with their phones, iPads, and laptops more than to us. We may feel discounted, disconnected, and annoyed. The journals connect and reconnect us intimately with family, old friends, and new friends. We are now making memories and relationships 4good4ever! The journals are a simple yet profound way to change your life 4good4ever in just five minutes a day! The journals are designed to do in pairs, so you can do the twenty-one days with a friend. Each journal has a different theme; do them all or do the same one over and over. Begin any day you like, skip a day, or go straight through. Discover more joy and meaning in your life! Sherry lives with her husband, Brian, in a “lighthouse” on Cook’s Bay, Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota.  She enjoys boating, hiking, and jogging. “Even on the coldest day, love is why I live.”

    My 21-Day

    Rite-of-Passage

    Journal

Lovingly dedicated to my daughter Natasha Joi,

whose gorgeous smile melts snow and hearts.

She changes the world every moment she’s in it

    in a 4good4ever way

    and makes my heart dance.

Joi, Joi, whatever the passage, we are in this together forever.

    Go get ’em, girl!

    What are the 4good4ever journals?

They are a series of twenty-one-day journals, each with a different theme but the same goal: to keep our awareness on love, life, and light that will allow us to bring more joy and meaning into our lives.

How do I begin the journals?

You can choose any one journal theme, do them all, or do the same one repeatedly. Begin any day you like, skip a day, or go straight through.

    Make up your own rules.

Why are the journals recommended to be done with someone else?

The journals are suggested to be done with a journal friend because having someone you can talk with during the process is important and more fun.

Why do the journals suggest using a ribbon as a symbol of my commitment?

The ribbons are a reminder that you’re making a twenty-one-day commitment 4good4ever. Tie them on
