About this ebook

Isaiah 42:5 Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: 6 I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; 7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. 8 I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. 9 Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. As the trials of this generation intensify, the Lord God will begin to do new things to get Himself glory. Those who trust Him with their lives will be prepared.

One current-day man, with a spirit like Moses, is to publish what new things, and who, is to spring forth.

Deuteronomy 18:18 I will raise them up a prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee (Moses), and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. 19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name I will require it of him.

The Lord Gods word to all of creation from this contemporary Moses is come: The Book Of Stone. Those whom the Lord will call, may draw a kingly sword from

Moses

Moses (ca. 1392-1272 BC) was an Old Testament prophet and the liberator of the people of Israel. Born in Egypt during a time when the Pharaoh had ordered that all male Hebrew children be cast into the Nile River, Moses' mother is said to have placed him in a basket floating on the river where he was discovered and raised to manhood by none other than the Pharaoh's wife. As an adult, Moses witnessed an Egyptian guard beating a Hebrew slave and - attempting to stop the assault - Moses killed the guard. He fled to the desert to escape punishment and became a shepherd. Soon afterwards, he received a message from God that he should return to Egypt and demand that the Pharaoh release the Israelites from slavery. When the Pharaoh refused, Moses brought down nine terrible plagues on Egypt, forcing the Pharaoh to relent and freeing the Hebrew people. Following Moses into the desert, the children of Israel spent forty years in the wilderness, eventually arriving at Mt. Sinai which Moses ascended. He returned soon afterwards with two tablets, upon which God had inscribed what became known as the Ten Commandments.

    Introduction

My name is Stoney Gill. I am from New Home, Texas. I pray that God will use this book to save your soul, preserve your body, strengthen your faith, and fill you with truth from the Holy Spirit. I believe that the Holy scriptures hold profound life-altering benefits for the body, soul, and spirit. I pray that you, the reader, will recognize that many current-day world events are beginning to prophetically present themselves plainly in the same Holy Bible. The flawless aspects of God’s foreknowledge of present-day geopolitical events and His undeniable references to them in scripture, are amazing. It is even more astounding when we consider it all against the backdrop of our own free will. It is my proposal to you that we use the scriptures to not only benefit us personally, but to use these prophetic similitudes from the Bible as a vantage point concerning things to come as well. The intertwining details of these apocalyptic events, how nature is being manipulated, and God’s will for you, will all unfold throughout the scripture passages compiled here in The Book Of Stone.

It is imperative that you receive this information. God’s word is a beautiful masterpiece of inspiration that captures our hopes and builds upon them with the faith that He pre-deposits into our hearts. As this generation transitions through these changing circumstances and things begin to darken politically, environmentally, and economically, God’s unchanging character and unconditional love will prove to be deeper still. Be encouraged; He wants the best for you. The Book Of Stone is all about the Lord, Jesus Christ, including His role as judge of the Earth. Scripture passages are compiled herein that are messages from YHWH that reveal the part of His character that deals with wrath. Warning: Just talking about wrath can cause one to slumber. It is a very challenging book to read that will require one to stop and pray occasionally. Thus, there are scriptures included for encouragement and others for daily prayer at the end of many of the chapters. With prayer, one’s faith will develop incrementally as their knowledge of these events increase. Jesus’ role in it all is remarkable. He will be with each of us every step of the way. As you read, remember that God loves you. God the Father wants you to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To ponder His love and to think about His goodness are both comforting. His love is deeper than we can imagine.

Isaiah 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness! This verse from Isaiah 26 suggests that we need to ponder His judgments. To consider the judgments of God, as well as Jesus’ return, will purify hearts and cause people to turn to Him in righteousness. Part I and Part VIII of The Book Of Stone will focus on one’s personal salvation. Embrace these truths, along with His love, and it will develop a healthy, reverent fear of the Lord that spiritually enlightens your soul.

The commentaries in this book are like a modern day apostolic interpretation of God’s treasures of truth, hidden in both the Old and the New Testament. Scriptures have not just been included to compliment each topic of study, they are the topic of study! The relative scripture passages for each topic will be included to allow you to read this in-depth study like a novel without turning to the Bible repeatedly to check the context. The jest of these studies is captured by King David in Psalms 145. David depicts God’s character as follows: Psalms 145:1 I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless your name for ever and ever. 2 Everyday will I bless thee; and I will praise your name forever and ever. 3 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable. 4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty works. 5 I will speak of the glorious honor of thy Majesty, and of thy wondrous works. 6 And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts; and I will declare thy greatness. 7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness. 8 The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. 9 The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. 10 All thy work shall praise thee; and thy saints shall bless thee. 11 They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; 12 To make known to the sons of men his acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom. 13 Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endures throughout all generations. 14 The Lord upholds all that fall, and raises up all those that be bowed down. 15 The eyes of all wait upon thee; and you give them their meat in due season. 16 You open your hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing. 17 The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. 18 The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. 19 He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry and will save them. 20 The Lord preserves all of them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy. 21 My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord: let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever. It is my prayer that each reader will come to understand these terrible acts as they learn truth. Revelatory truth comes to those who fear the Lord. As verse 3 says, Great is the Lord, I have been blessed with a particular spirit to proclaim: God is a great God. Verse 9, reminds us that the Lord is good to all. He has offered His benevolence to all of creation. Verse 10, 11, and 12 say that the saints of God will make known His acts to the sons of men. I have been called by God to make these acts known to the sons of men without forgetting the love of God. Part II through Part VII of The Book Of Stone will focus on the terrible acts leading up to the time of the great tribulation. In verse 19, God promised that He will save those who cry out to Him.

Psalms 145:20 speaks of the Lord preserving all of them that love him. Generally speaking, Old Testament love was conditional. Love, and then you will be loved; forgive, and then you will be forgiven; etc. Thankfully, in Jesus, we are loved first by Him in order that we might know love. I want you to be aware of Jesus’ love for you. As we study the terrible acts that will come as judgment to the nations, do not forget His promises of love and protection for those who cry out to Him. The Old and New Testaments will be used to define the pertinent details of every topic, but do not forget that we are blessed with the love of the New Testament through it all.

Let the reader understand that these terrible acts on Earth to be described herein are going to happen before the Rapture, before the Tribulation, and well before the thousand year reign of Christ, which is called the Millenium . Some events and characters from the tribulation will be referred to, but only to better explain and differentiate the points taken on our more immediate subject. All relative aspects indicate that we have little time. Revelations 22:7 Behold I(Jesus) come quickly: blessed is he that keeps the sayings of the prophecy of this book (the Holy Bible). Every major event discussed herein will have scriptural undergirding for the chronological orders given. All points could be documented if time allowed it. The Lord of hosts blessed me with the truths herein, and He arranged them in the order that they are in. Therefore, it is important to read The Book Of Stone from front to back for the best results. If you study diligently as you go, an awe-inspiring understanding of Bible prophecy will unfold.

The specific objective of this compilation of God’s scriptures, and these commentaries, is that many will be spiritually saved and physically delivered from impending dangers facing this generation. This book is a study of the end of the age of the Gentiles and of the structuring of the Kingdom of God. On the personal level, the focus will be on faith in God. The broader view concerning this generation, will reveal that the currently dominant Gentile nations of today, that are still free from communist oppression, are in harm’s way. As the focus hones in on those who are responsible for the destruction of these Gentile nations, it is not to discriminate the race or religion of anyone, but rather to inform the populace of impending danger.

The comments herein, pertaining to religion, or races of people, are all in line with the context of each scripture passage. Religious origins will be handled in a like manner to allow us (all mankind) to discern truth and righteousness in the face of danger. I endeavor to keep each pronoun as Biblically accurate as possible, even though it may not be politically correct to do so. Personally, I always strive to be at peace with my fellow man, as far as it depends on me, in love. Corporately, this book is not a call to take up arms in any way against those who are responsible for these crimes against humanity. Their fate will be up to God. All the while, God directs us to: "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee (Psalms 122:6).

II Timothy 3:16 tells us that All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. Other scriptures in the Old and New Testament demonstrate how righteousness, through faith in God, saved many men and women in the Bible from deadly perils. The Book Of Stone will demonstrate that modern-day believers need an extraordinary measure of faith to survive in the days ahead. That faith will be made available through the Holy Spirit as God has promised.

Meditate on God’s Word each day. Ask God to give you His perspective on each passage. Specifically, we will need to understand the spirit of prophecy (hearing from the Holy Spirit and foretelling what He says is to come). Without strengthening faith through Bible prophecy, the destroyer will make easy prey of those who have an immature trust in God. Fear not, He that is in you is greater than he that is in the world. But we must speak, and do His Word with purity of heart, to have the kind of faith that delivers from trials.

In my studies for this book, God revealed that the prophetic truths herein could only be found by reading the King James Version with the direction of the Holy Spirit. It was not my intent to prove that the New International Version or other such bibles are deceptive. Nor was it my intent to include that statement here, but God has shown that an incomplete or modified bible is no bible at all. As words are changed, obvious and underlying cross-references intended by Elohim are lost and that scripture will not relay the complete meaning given by the cross-referenced passage. For prophecy, cross referencing is the only way to draw out the complete description of the subject matter. If the key words are changed, the reader will not recognize the same topic in another definitive passage intended to shed light for us. God’s authorized version is anointed to function that way. To change God’s Word is Satan’s work. Even a portion of the commentaries of the King James Version are compromised and misleading concerning end-times prophecy. Nonetheless, it is my prayer, that you will fall in love with the poetic beauty of the King James Version itself, as well as appreciate the accuracy therein. I believe that the authorized version is the anointed version because it accomplishes unadulterated righteousness and clear sanctification in those who read it consistently. I am not condemning those who read another version, but declaring that Satan, the adversary, knows that if our personal version is inaccurate, our doctrine will be weak. If our doctrine is weak, we can easily be deceived. If we can be deceived, we can be destroyed. I believe there is one anointed version - King James.

Many end time devastations can be avoided. God clearly spoke to the Jewish people in Ezekiel 33:11, Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die?, O house of Israel:. The old adage turn or burn could have been coined from that verse. It is no laughing matter that judgment is upon us; let the reader understand the depth of God’s love that He has for you to bring The Book Of Stone your way before it’s too late. In the New Testament, God addresses the rest of humanity by saying in II Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. This study will show that wrath is inevitable because God the Father must fulfill His covenant obligations. It is not God’s will that any should perish by wrath; but we do have to listen to His truth and act on what He tells us to do, to be delivered. Even if your life has been set in order spiritually, you still need to ask yourself, Is my home in harm’s way?

I want to convey to each man, woman, and child why I believe the free world is in danger. If anything is more important than that, it is this: The just shall live by faith. I want the nations to gain the spiritual insight that, if they will walk by faith rather than by sight, He will guide them. Walking by sight causes one to be completely deceived in their secular, human intellect. Build your faith up on Jesus, The Cornerstone, He loves you; He wants to preserve you and show you great things. The greatest things that He wants to show you are covered in Part IX and Part X of this study. It is my prayer that He will deliver you. More than that, I pray that you will be built up in this way to be God’s vessel of holiness. God bless us all as we learn to discern with the spirit of prophecy together. I humbly submit my life-service to God in hopes that The Book Of Stone will be used of our Heavenly Father to accomplish these things in you.

    The Book Of Stone

For A Light To The Gentiles

    Part I

    The Cornerstone

God created you to be with Him throughout eternity, period. He wants to be in a close relationship with you. He wants to tell you how much He loves you in many ways as well as tell you His secrets. However, natural beings cannot inherit the Kingdom of God and be with Him unless they become spiritual. John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. We are born as natural beings. To be spiritual, and to have such a privileged standing before the almighty Creator, we must do the simple things that God the Father tells us to do. To do what He tells us to do, first we have to hear Him. To hear God, we have to know the Son of God, our intercessor - Jesus, the Cornerstone.

The first three chapters of The Book of Stone will introduce you to Jesus. He is the cornerstone that we are to build our spiritual lives upon. Jesus is God’s gift of grace to all; He is our salvation. And Jesus is the truth that sets us free. One may already know Jesus, but each person must make sure they know all three of these spiritual truths that one should embrace about Jesus, the Lord of hosts. If one does not have a relationship with God through Jesus, then repentance will be the first step in this walk of faith. That is how one accepts Jesus as their cornerstone. As II Peter 3:9 said above, one must repent of their sins in order to be saved or redeemed by God. Whoever they are, Jew or Gentile, the first step of faith is repentance.

Prayer of Faith: I repent of my sin now and I ask You Jesus, to wash me in your cleansing blood. I confess you as Lord and ask you to be the Lord of my life. Thank you Jesus for the resurrection life that you now give to me. Make the light of the truth shine into my life as the promised Holy Spirit begins to fill me with knowledge, love, joy, peace, understanding, hope, and purpose. Help me to walk with reverence toward you, God, in all things, and guide me in wisdom, with your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    Prayer of Faith

Praise Him, because now you are clean! Everybody sing:Oh the mighty gulf that God did span, and the love that drew salvation’s plan. Now you are in Christ: II Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new! He loves you and he calls you friend. Understand that His banner over you is love. He wants the best for you. Bear in mind that now you are spiritual and you can know God.

    Chapter 1

    Grace and Wrath

Through out history, creation has been smeared with wrath and consequences. It is easy to grasp the meaning of wrath. Religious and superstitious individuals are prone to expect bad things to happen as a reward or recompense for bad behavior. It is even easier for people to expect it to happen to someone else. With humans, wrath can be an individual’s act of revenge toward another individual. When God gets involved, it can be God smiting an individual or God destroying all mankind, except righteous Noah, with a flood. Simply put: God’s wrath is God’s punishment for disobedience. And human-kind are to leave wrath up to The Divine One; God says, vengeance is mine, I will repay.

Wrath is mixed in with many of the passages in the salvation recipe. God himself always gives a flavor of perdition and wrath to make deliverance more filling. His role as the ultimate judge should always be included among the attributes that are used to characterize God. This is God’s Earth, and the fullness thereof belongs to Him. The Lord of hosts, Jesus, has the final word. However, Satan has a recipe of destruction for mankind. As the kitchen heats up, many are unaware of the poison in the porridge. Believers have not been seeking God’s truth in the area of wrath. That creates a grand dilemma because God’s ways of delivering His people from the poisons that an enemy would destroy them with, are by answering prayers of righteousness that those believers ask. Believers must abide in Him prayerfully and always be aware of His presence. Without such an awareness of God, people are easily poisoned. Without a knowledge of our enemy’s wicked desire for us, many men, women, and children will be physically poisoned as part of God’s wrath. It will be Hell’s kitchen of destruction because we have allowed Satan into it. Corruption in government, and false teaching in the churches have both taken vast resources and used them to confuse nations at every level. God allows the enemy to creep in if believers don’t seek Him and resist Satan’s advances. Especially when God’s Word and history have both shown how to avoid such a moral descent.

    Old Testament Grace and Wrath

Cain’s wrath toward his brother Abel was unacceptable to the Creator in Genesis 4:8. Cain was not immediately smitten for slaying his brother, but rather cursed by God as a recompense. Later, in Genesis 6:5 God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. This passage stated that God’s wrath was coming on the earth because of their wickedness. But with longsuffering mercy, God delayed the flood so that the people of that day would have sufficient time (120 years) to turn to righteousness. Noah warned them of the wrath to come as a recompense for their unrighteousness as he built the ark, but none would listen.

It is only fitting that our Creator God was the first one to introduce grace into the world. Genesis 6:8 says, But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. Grace is not unmerited mercy. Nor is it a cover-all saying that makes us feel better spiritually. Just as it was for Noah, grace is God’s intervention into one’s life to deliver them from the wrath of God. And it is merited by faith (not works).

Noah preached for 120 years, but no one believed that God would have wrath on any one, let alone the whole Earth. It says in Genesis 6:11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 And God looked upon the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. When the earth began to break up and the flood came, Noah’s family entered the ark, and God shut the door. No one repented, and only eight souls were saved from the flood. The people of the Earth had ample warning, but no one heeded.

As Noah built the ark, prior to the flood, God built Noah’s faith. Hebrews 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. Noah was steadfast in his faith to the saving of his soul and the lives of his family also.

Noah’s righteous testimony was passed down through the generations. Eleven generations after Noah, Abraham believed God and it was counted to him for righteousness. In Abraham’s day, many misguided individuals made sacrifices to their false gods. Some even threw their own children in the sacrificial fires to satisfy their gods. Nonetheless, when Abraham was 75 years old, God told him he would be the father of many nations! That was 25 years before Sarah had the child; she was old too! When their child was born, Abraham loved their son, Isaac, dearly. One day, God told Abraham to go into the land of Moriah, build an altar, and offer this cherished son, Isaac, as a burnt offering (Genesis 22).

Abraham must have thought that God did indeed need a sacrifice for sin like the false gods required. Or he thought that God would raise him up again. So faithful Abraham took Isaac and went with fire in one hand and a knife in the other to build the altar in Moriah. He put Isaac on the altar that he had built, and raised the knife to slay his son. At this moment, when God saw that Abraham was faithful, an angel stopped Abraham. The angel declared that Abraham feared God, seeing he had not withheld Isaac, his only son, from God. Meanwhile, God had caused a ram to get stuck in the bush. Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt-offering in the stead of his son. God intervened when He saw that Abraham was faithful. Abraham had a healthy fear of the Lord to obey God. Then when he obeyed by carrying out the command of God, the angel stepped in to save Abraham’s posterity, through Isaac, with grace, because of Abraham’s faith.

    New Testament Grace and Wrath

    On the Personal Level

On the personal level, the New Testament reiterates the life and faith of Abraham in Romans 4. Romans 4:3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Through that whole chapter, Paul builds on the promise of grace from God that allows one to be an heir or son of God by faith in Jesus Christ. Romans 3 expounds on faith in Jesus. Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption (purchase) that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation (sacrifice) through faith in his blood (shed on the cross), to declare his righteousness for the remission (forgiveness) of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God (patience); 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Righteousness cannot be attained by self-righteous works. Souls are justified by the grace of the Father. Confession of sin and belief in Jesus alone allows the Father to gracefully give out His righteousness. One is justified by having His righteousness. Then He will forgo any pending wrath, or He will deliver them from destruction, which are both the forbearance of God.

The way to God the Father is paved by the blood that Jesus shed on the cross. Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. In this passage of Romans 5, the wrath pertains to personal condemnation in which one would spend eternity in hell if he does not accept Jesus as Lord. The blood of Jesus allows a person to be washed from their sin, and thereby justified or acquitted. When one believes, the Father counts them as His righteous children, able to go into His presence. It is a great privilege to be in His presence, as well as to hear Him.

    On the Grand Scale

On the grand scale of God’s wrath against nations or the earth, few have pursued to know these truths. A great many contemporary believers and non-believers do not think about judgement or the possibilities of earth-shattering devastating disaster coming down like Noah’s flood. Nor do unbelievers consider that there will be requirements to appease the gods for unrighteousness as the heathen believed in Abraham’s day. Peter prophesied that many in the last days would be ignorant willingly, II Peter 3:4 Saying, Where is the promise of his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation. People often say, Everything is normal, or God will not do any thing to us, He loves us. We are his creation, a little sin won’t hurt anything. 5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: 6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:. Verse 6 refers to Noah’s flood. Indeed, God did promise that he would not destroy the earth with a flood again, but rather said through the apostle Peter in the next verse II Peter 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. Reservations at the table of perdition have been made for the unrighteous. Fortunately, one does not have to suffer fiery judgment when he is abiding in Jesus! Believers that have been made righteous receive the truth by hearing Him.

More specifically Peter started this discourse to believers in II Peter 2 by saying, II Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. In the case of Noah’s flood and even Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 19), God was specifically punishing those wayward souls for their unrighteousness. The recipe to cook up modern-day judgment from Peter’s cookbook is different than that though. False teachers and damnable heresies are bringing things to a boil quickly apart from unrighteous deeds of immorality. II Peter 2:21 states, For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. These individuals know the truth, but refuse to teach it. In their stubbornness, they refuse to propagate the unadulterated truth. That is the disobedience that will lead to wrath, if they do not repent and seek to be delivered.

In the second verse of the same chapter 2, the false prophets were depicted as speaking evil of the truth. Consistently denying the truth will cause an establishment to be apostate. In this regard, apostate religious leaders will be reserved for judgment even though they are familiar with the Lord’s redemption. Such a concision will
