Freedom

About this ebook
If you are living a life without Jesus Christ, and you have a hunger for something better, then Freedom maybe just what you are searching for.
Join Urma in this unique three-part presentation of Freedom as it pertains to the soul, the spirit, and the body, which make up an individual human being.
She shows the difference between the freedom to do and freedom not to do what is good. Those are choices an individual soul makes.
Freedom of spirit gives wings to her pen in poetic expressions, revealing the choices she and millions have made and how those choices affected their lifestyles.
Urma has experienced both victory and defeat in her continuing battle with being overweight. In her book, she shares her personal plan to inspire and help others like herself to fight for the liberating freedom of being in control of their physical earthly treasure, their body.

Foreword
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them"—ROMANS 12:1–6
Preface
There is an amazing lack of understanding concerning life and the correct way to live it. The Word of God is being preached, but the majority of people are not applying what they hear to their personal living. Many who claim to know Christ as their Savior fail to witness to others about Him. Saved but silent!
I am a graduate of Jamaica Bible School and College.
My husband and I have been missionaries with Bible Club Movement International Inc. now named Bible Centered Ministries. We have served forty two years in several foreign countries including the USA.
We have taught hundreds of children including our own, and trained many adults how to teach God’s Word and minister to others. It has been very educational and challenging living among people of every race and from all walks of life and culture.
The opportunity and need for true Christian living is the same everywhere. But for some reason thousands of people, the poor and the rich alike, refuse to listen and obey God. They prefer their way than His. There is a false sense of security in the world today, and I believe folks need to wake up and think, and choose life.
The chains of wrong living have shackled people for so long, that I feel a driving need to tell it like it is. No more kid gloves and pacifiers. God is calling mankind to freedom from Satan’s death penalty, to be aware of his treacherous schemes and instead experience God’s wonderful grace and love.
Freedom
explains in simple terms how the three parts of a human being generally known as the Soul, Spirit, and the Body operate together as one every moment of each individual life in thought, word, and action for their entire life until death parts them. It also shows that one cannot exist without the other, and that the function of each one is a part of the whole person. You and I!
The book also reveals the how and why each individual person is led by one of two forces, God the Creator or Satan the Devil. It is obvious that no one can serve two masters, for he will serve one and hate the other. Therefore everyone must choose the master he will serve.
There is also an instruction book for those who choose to reject Satan and live for God. It also warns mankind of the repercussions for those who choose to remain in Satan’s camp of sin and lawlessness and serve him as their master. And surely, it would be the most sensible thing to read and know for one’s own self, what the future holds for them, whether they believe it or not.
When an individual decides to serve Almighty God, they must believe that God exists, that He is the Creator of Heaven and Earth and sustainer of all life. That Jesus Christ God’s only begotten Son died on the cross to save this lost world, and make this known as they individually yield their life to Him and accept Him as their personal Savior.
This choice leads to eternal life in a new home in heaven with God and unimaginable joy forever. Read Revelations chapter 21& 22.
The book talks about who Satan is, the influence he has in an individual life, and the devastation that occurs when they retain him as their master. Satan hates Almighty God, and fights against everyone and everything that has to do with God. He is the father of all lies and a deceiver and he wants you and me to be like him.
When an individual decides to serve Satan, that choice leads them to Hell, death, fire and torment forever and ever. Check Revelations 20. The choice is always the privilege of each individual. But choose everyone must.
Acknowledgements
First and foremost, I would like to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for guiding me in the completion of this book.
I would also like to thank my parents, my husband, my children and their families, my friends and especially those who took their precious time to read my book at various stages of its creation.
For everyone’s moral support, encouragement, and input, I pray God’s richest blessings to be upon each one.
Introduction
This unique book projects the simple facts about life. Where did we come from and where are we going? How did we get here and why? Who is in control of this universe, if anyone? What am I supposed to do here and for how long? It also deals with the conscious awareness of someone or something greater than us that influences the emotional, spiritual, and physical experiences of our lives. I testify to this fact in my own life.
There will be some repetition here and there in the book however there is a good reason for that as you will notice. Just keep on reading. And if per chance you are looking for answers yourself or for someone else, you may just happen to find it here. Read on and be blessed.
Freedom
is presented in three parts. Each section symbolically encompasses the generally accepted concept that each individual embodies the threefold attributes ascribed only to humans: Soul! Spirit! Body! Each part has its own function though it is considered one complete body. But we differ one from each other. This makes us amazing human beings having our own individual personality, needs, likes and dislikes and the God given ability to choose.
The Soul refers to that part of us that lives with the spirit in the physical body enabling it to move and perform and function as one. The command post is the head where the brain operates. The Soul and the Spirit cannot be seen, but are evident in the actions and daily performance of the body. God created mankind and He has the last word as to what, how, when, where, and why of man’s existence in this world and
