Things to Do When You’Re on a Long Trip, Waiting Around, or Just Plain Bored… - Gini Graham Scott
CHAPTER 1: RELAX
• Meditate. Just chant the word om
aloud or to yourself, focus on a word or sound, experience the stillness of the world around you, or engage in your favorite type of meditation. Just let your mind go, while keeping your eyes open as you relax but stay alert. If someone is in the car with you, you can do this together.
