There are many ways of viewing a person. Our Lord Jesus was described as the carpenter's son by those who did not know Him well, and sought to bring him down; yet others honored Him and called Him the son of David. But Jesus was neither of these. One would need to get closer to Him and know Him really well to discover whose Jesus' real identity was. This applies to all people. This book concentrates on self-knowledge. It directs in how to discover one's real self, and how to be one's self, in order to attain what one was meant to be.

In this world, everybody needs somebody and I thank God for giving me those people that I need. I know it is God who has helped me to try and be myself and to Him I give all my praise and glory.

I give honour and recognition to my Late Father Prophet Dr. Mathapoly Moses Jehu-Appiah and my mother, Prophetess Mathabinaia Jehu-Appiah who have really shaped my life in a way that can never be forgotten.

Foreword

I have read this book with much interest, and believe that this is only the first step on what is going to be a long journey towards what the author wishes to be—a sharer of the insights of the Holy Spirit with the world. The title of the book, Be Yourself, sounds familiar. It is when one starts reading it that one finds a fresh approach to discovering one’s true self.

The book is intended for the ‘general reader’.
