About this ebook

Your body is like a hard drive. Every event that you have ever experienced to which you have not surrendered or made peace with either by gratitude or by forgiveness remains stuck in your body. This stagnant energy hinders all attempts at life change as it is not in the mind but in the body and is connected to the subconscious on a deep cellular level. This book shows you a surprising easy way to go into the body and allow all stored energy to pass, eventually reaching states on non duality, forgiveness, gratitude and surrender. The book is designed as a course which when completed sets in motion our natural ability to surrender and allow responses of attachment and aversion to pass automatically without any effort, the Holistic Creation and Focus Zone Chi Gong System is for those more interested in living life to the fullest then for those who want to live their stories.

    The Purpose of This Course

Focus Zone Chi Gong and Holistic Creation is a system based on the fact that all events are recorded in the body as energy and stay there until they are acknowledged, made peace with, and allowed to pass.

    The Book Portion

What I refer to as the book portion is a record of events including Kundalini awakening, experiences with stillness and oneness. I include these in the book for those who seek spiritual entertainment as a warning for one of the ultimate distractions to the answer of the question What Am I?

    The Greatest Benefit

Traditionally, it takes years, even decades to learn what is contained in this course. In this course, it is communicated in a couple of hours. Emotional freedom is here and now. Discover the power of self-inquiry and single point-focus meditation today. This course is designed in such a way that it is progressive (one section leads us to the next and so forth). Many courses don’t have enough basics and enough advanced techniques. Here I start you off in kindergarten and take you all the way to a PhD. The best part is that I ask you to believe nothing. In this course, you will prove to yourself how things actually work. With that knowledge, you will be able to use these techniques with confidence.

    What Will Take Place?

You may quickly learn how to laugh at yourself, need less sleep and food, have more energy, be kinder and happier, and be able to walk away from things that you don’t need in your life in a split second. You may do the things that you always wanted to do and quickly reach a state that is referred to in meditation as the child’s mind. Your ability to focus and live in the moment will become second nature. You will achieve your goals. You will laugh at people when they talk about politics. Oh yes, you also are going to be breathing through the stomach just the way you did when you were born. And if you do the core exercises on a regular basis, you will get significantly stronger.

    Remember:

No matter how amazing or scary the experience is, if there is someone to have it, it’s not it, it’s not truth. No man holds the truth. You can only be the truth; truth cannot be experienced. At that point, there is no experiencer to experience the truth; you just are.

    How to Use This Course

The truth is that everyone who has ever entered my life has helped me. We are born with one mission in life: to return to our natural state. Every dualistic experience of pain and joy, betrayal or support, love or hate is to be embraced. It was all meant to happen. It will all keep on happening, pointing the way to non-dualistic inquiry. I would like to thank both my parents for the soul contract that has been played out, and their contribution to my experience here. Also I want to give thanks to my lifelong friend, Joe Barbieri, for helping me edit this book and giving me support in the process. I also would like to give special thanks to Basak Yanar for all the work we did.

During my times of discovery, it took a long time for me to surrender and go through what is commonly referred to as the dark night of the soul. During this long process and after, I worked with a number of instructors. I was very lucky; I met teachers who did not push their own systems onto me, instead I was guided towards direction of surrender.

In meditation and everyday life, I follow one energy and one energy only, and that is the energy from my heart. It is truly the only teacher you will ever need, and all else will be a test to see if you can follow your heart.

    About Aleksander Kupisz

At the age of twenty-two, I began to have unexplained pain in my joints. After undergoing tests for over three months, no one was able to give me a clear diagnosis. The only thing that the doctors told me was that it looked exactly like rheumatoid arthritis. I was now in bed, having problems using a phone or holding a utensil. I had problems walking for more than five minutes because of intense knee pain.

At that point of my life, I had a conversation with a friend of mine who was actually paralyzed for about six months after being in a horrible motorcycle accident. Jim simply said to me, All this is in your head. It was this conversation that provided me with the drive to find out what it is that is in my mind that caused this to occur, and what is in my head (subconscious) that stops me from getting well.

I took responsibility. Good or bad, I knew that whatever took place from that point on was up to me. I dedicated myself into inquiring into the self. At this point, I did not have the knowledge of self-inquiry and single point focus meditation. Like most people, I didn’t realize that the answer was in me (or at least that I didn’t have the knowledge to inquire). Like most, I went out on the search, reading one spiritual book after another, going to meetings, philosophy classes, and so on. I spent a great deal of time looking for an answer in my head. Matters of the spirit cannot be solved from the head. Progress can only be made by letting go, by surrendering, by allowing for behavior patterns to be exposed and surrendered on the mental level and also on the cellular level. The cellular level is very important because this is where all emotion is stored, in the body. All emotion is energy in motion. People who only work from the mind never really get anywhere because the energy remains stuck. However, if you go into the body, the release from the body will cause a release from the mind and the unconscious.

Once I was mobile again, I took up the study of an internal Chinese martial art. One of the first things I learned was chi gong exercises. I started my days doing the chi gong exercises. I did the exercises every day in the morning. The way I was advised to do the form was to stand about six to eight feet in front of a candle in a stance, and focus on my hand traveling to the candle. At the beginning, nothing took place. Then, one day, my hand started to move on its own. I would get so focused during these early days that I began to experience stillness and moments of pure detachment and observation. Early on, I did not know what these things were; however, I noticed that I was sleeping far less, my focus was much better, and very often, my body felt very light. I kept at it until one day when I had the realization that led to the development of this course.

About six months into the standing meditation, I added a sitting meditation where I simply would focus on a candle or a point on the wall. During one of these meditations, an image of a previous altercation arose. With that image came many emotions, opinions, and a great deal of energy was felt in the body. But because I was so focused on the candle, I was totally detached. I was just observing all this. I could feel my body respond to the story that my mind was creating. As I sat back and watched all this, out of nowhere a question arose: Is this what I am? And the simple answer was no. The moment I acknowledged that I was not this situation, this opinion or the body sensations that I was experiencing, a great deal of energy left my body. The whole situation just left.

It was on that day that I learned that I was able to let things pass if I only questioned them. At this point, I had a very nasty habit: smoking. I applied this to cravings. Anytime a craving would arise, I simply would touch my stomach, concentrate on the breath for about half a minute or so, feel the craving, and then pose the questions, Is this what I am? Am I this craving? I would then wait for the no and then observe the energy of the craving feeling/emotion. By observing the energy and allowing it to be without rejecting it or attaching to it, the energy would pass.

As I continued with this practice, I learned how to apply it to different parts of my life. I also learned how to combine chi gong exercises and isometrics for great benefit of quieting the mind and allowing for energy (thought) to pass without attachment or judgment. I noticed that the day had three important points: the morning, midday, and evening. Each of these times were opportunities to sharpen intent, develop awareness, meditate, and so on.

From here, Holistic Creation meditations and Focus Zone Chi Gong exercises were born. The greatest challenge was to be able to clearly communicate this to people. But in time, as I set my intent on this task, I developed the Little Idea Exercises and everything became very clear.

There is something that I want to mention before we go on: in the above paragraphs, I speak of realizing that I am not this emotion or body sensation. This does not mean that you reject what is going on. Self-inquiry into the nature of things is not about rejecting things; it is about observing the sensations, emotions, and thoughts that arise. As you get deeper into the practice, you will be able to release whole patterns, sometimes patterns that have been with you your whole life. I call these things programs.

    Today

Today, all signs of my joint pain have disappeared. But the greatest joy in my life is a constant feeling that all is unfolding exactly as it is supposed to. Acceptance and surrender are the keys to happiness.

As a certified Wing Chun Kung Fu instructor, Reiki practitioner, registered hypnotist and rebirthing practitioner, I run a private practice out of my home with a strong focus on teaching people how to track and trace energy in the body and inquire into that energy. I rely also on energy work (Reiki) and breath work (rebirthing). I continue my dedication to non-dualistic self-inquiry as this is the path I have chosen in life.

What is Holistic Creation and Focus

    Zone Chi Gong?

The purpose of Focus Zone Chi Gong is to slow the mind and allow you to get in touch with stillness. From that stillness, you will be able to bring up the energies stuck in the body and let them pass. This is done by implementing a twenty to thirty minute routine of exercise and meditative reflection.

To accomplish this, basic muscle control and isometric exercises are implemented. The purpose of these exercises is to strengthen the muscles responsible for proper structure. The goal of these exercises is to allow you to gain the proper structure you will need to be able to breathe through your stomach, the way babies do. Proper structure is a must to allow for awareness of mind and body to be developed.

Isometric exercises and muscle control exercises also provide a great opportunity for single point meditation. It is via single point meditation that focus and intent are developed. This allows you to take control of your life by allowing you to be in the now and develop the ability to let things pass and be as they are. By developing single point meditation, you will be able to easily and quickly use the color of emotions technique to go inside the body and replace old energy (behavior patterns and beliefs) with peace, confidence, and a spirit of surrender.

The breath work is designed to slow down the mind and direct the chi into various points of the body to foster better results of the isometric and muscle control exercises. The breath work is also used for habit development during the day. This is especially important for people who are dealing with cravings for food or drugs, and self-limiting beliefs.

The purpose of Holistic Creation is to learn the implementation of the age old What am I? question. This is done by developing the ability to watch emotions arise in sitting meditation and in everyday life—and allow them to pass. This is what most meditation practitioners struggle with. And yet, without this skill, there is no such thing as meditation. In this course, I communicate this basic idea via The Little Exercise. In about ten minutes, you will learn what has eluded you most for years and even decades.

    What Results Can You Expect?

The course will introduce you to the simple idea that you are not your emotions, you are not your belongings, and you are not your title. The course will also introduce you to the idea of intent. Intent is what is behind your thoughts. Many people want to be successful, but deep down, they are afraid of success. So their real intent is not to be successful.

This course will change this. If you wish, it will eat away at all your fears, attachments, and aversions. Slowly, the real unlimited you—which is always constant—will begin to appear and shine through.

    So what is your intent?

A Simple Example—Wanting the Weight to Be Heavy

A few years ago, I was in the gym working out. I could only get four reps in the exercise I was performing. I quickly went into a deep meditation and being to feel the energy of feeling how hard it was to lift the weight. What I found was that I enjoyed the weight being heavy! It gave me a challenge.

So what was taking place was that I wanted to lift the weight, but my intent was to have a challenge. When I found this energy in the body and let it pass, I immediately did eight reps.

Please don’t bang your head on the wall; everything in your life is unfolding exactly as it is supposed to. So relax, do the exercises, and follow the course. Day by day, more and more freedom will come. As your
