I am sixty eight years of age. During my lifetime I've had many successes and what some may call failures. Personally, I refer to these as living learning experiences. Since I did'nt even complete high school, i don't have much formal education, however I was taught by the greatest teacher of all "experience" I've been in his classroom for sixty eight years " I know the lessons well". I've been a soldier, wanderer, labourer,manager,salesman,entrepreneur,and a workshop administrator. I've attended many so called motivational seminars, most of which did'nt work after I reached street level which is why i developped this workshop. During my lifetime, I experienced a great deal of stress, depression, alcholism, drugs, and violence first hand. I participated in groups who had similar experiences, Therefore "The Doorway to Stress Relief" was not developped from textbook psychology. It was developped by the greatest of teachers "experience". I have experienced the results that stem from the kind of negative thinking and emotions that cause stress. I have also experienced the the results of positive thinking and emotions that relieve stress and open the door to a longer, more prosperous life. The solution is simple "change the source of your thoughts and you will change the direction of your life" Today i am a healthy, vibrant senior citizen who does martial arts (karate), I run my own small business and am busy developing, writing, printing, publishing and marketing this life saving workshop.This came about because I found peace and prosperity within my self by exploring the natural talents and abilities that were laying dormant beyond my thoughts. This workshop is not about teaching. It's about sharing a technique that breaks the chain reactions of negative thinking patterns that trigger the negative emotions (energy) that trigger the negative attitudes, actions and reactions that cause stress to run ramped in our internal and external worlds.
