GOD’s people experience so many different feelings. Sometimes we are up. Sometimes we are down. Sometimes we are strong. Sometimes we are weak. These emotions have been experienced by some of the prophets and disciples in the Bible.

Often we feel guilty for our many moods.

This can be so common with our growth. The important thing is to understand that this is part of our growth and we are not to linger too long in negative periods.

Even Jesus in the garden of Gethsemethe just before his crucifixion was sorrowful; however, he did not linger there. It is so very important not to linger in our pain, sorrow, disappointment, or any of the other negative thoughts that would keep us from going higher.
