Robert H. Ma was born in China, and has lived in Hong Kong. He immigrated to the U.S. with his mom and three of his six siblings. He now helps run a cafe, a family business in Oakland, California, and lives in Alameda with his wife and daughter. On his offhours, he likes to read books on spirituality and philosophy.
