Abhishek Kumar

A revolutionary author who wants to spread humanity and true values in life. I had a performing career in various companies and after experiencing the world I decided to be an author. I had corrected many fraudulent systems and shown the owners that the company could expand its horizons without doing any fraud. Apart from being successful in my career I was keen on social activities. I ensured that every year I enabled education for poor kids. I have been involved in many other social activities.  I chose to write as I have been doing it from my childhood. I wanted to make oneself a perfect individual with zero defects. I have planned to enter politics sooner or later and I have revolutionary ideas through which I will bring equilibrium in the world. My efforts need to be supported through my books as it is a medium through which I could reach higher number of people. My readers can get the insights from my books and they can bring change in life of people who surround them. The world is full of dreams and expectations. We wish for a happy and healthy life but we are moving in the wrong direction. The world needs to stop, think and then move in the right direction. My aim is to interact with more and more people across the world as I feel that the whole world is a family. There are good people and there are bad people as well. Cheating, frauds, back-stabbing, hatred, jealousy, ego, racism, rich-poor divide, diseases, pollution and weapons have led us to extremely poor living standards. The relationships and value systems have gone weak and we need to re-structure everything in the world and take collective decisions instead of fighting and destroying lives. We must create a healthy world rather a struggling and depleting world.

    CHAPTER: 1

    Individual: Creation, Training and Development

When an individual is born we celebrate and feel happy about it. We start his/her journey by keeping a name. The name given to a child has feelings, spirituality and paternal title attached to it. In a world of seven billion people we welcome the child and mostly feel good about it.

Why mostly? Why not always and does the intensity vary? Yes it does vary.

Imagine birth of Boy child and birth of girl child. Does the both birth bring similar kind of joy? Yes, it does in few cases but in maximum cases people feel happier when a boy is born. So let us differentiate the two types of births in India.

When a boy is born: a. People feel happy, b. People feel extremely happy

When a girl is born: a. People feel Unhappy, b. People stay normal, and c. People feel very angry and d. People feel so bad that they kill the baby

The entry to the world is so different for two genders and so the journey starts on a negative note. This is not the end to it and the welcome depends on the following:

If a girl is predicted: It is killed in the fetus or dissatisfied but still gives birth

If a Boy is predicted: Mother is nourished extremely well and she is treated well.

Although gender prediction is banned in India but there are many Ultrasound clinics which do so. This is not the end to it and there is lot more to it:

When a Boy is born in Rich Family: He enjoys best of hospitals, high quality of doctors to take care of and a big celebration

When a Girl is born in a Rich family: Annoyance that who will run the family business, still celebrations is done as they have resources for her upbringing and they ensure that they have a child next time.

Thus the girl child although being second choice but still gets and entry as she could be nourished and nurtured but next time mostly people go abroad and ensure they have a boy child. This is a common practice amongst the rich class as they have resources to do as abroad it is banned in India and not for Indians.

What happens to middle class and poor people?

The Poor and Middle class Boy child: They love him beyond expectations and feel secured and relaxed. They chose him to be the one who will fulfill their dreams.

The Poor and Middle class Girl child: They love her very much and are too possessive about her, they fear about safety, social stigma and marriage. Few also go beyond it and expect them to be successful in life irrespective of social structure where only sons take care of their parents.

So imagine so much complexity is there when a child is born and government keeps advertising to have smaller family, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Save Girl Child, Women reservation, Women startups, women entrepreneurs, women quota in Sarpanch elections, etc. Is it because the government is women centric? No, actually in India women literacy rate, women workforce percentage, women financial status, women social status is so low that they seem to be dependent on the other gender.

This is also not the end of the classification.

When a boy is born in a city: He is expected to get the best schooling and training so that he fulfills his big dream which the parents dream for him like a cricketer, a star and many more.

When a girl is born in a city: People think of putting her in nearby school and ensure safety, Parents think they will have to be with her all the time, many actually give up.

What happens in small towns and village?

    When
