A revolutionary author who wants to spread humanity and true values in life. I had a performing career in various companies and after experiencing the world I decided to be an author. I had corrected many fraudulent systems and shown the owners that the company could expand its horizons without doing any fraud. Apart from being successful in my career I was keen on social activities. I ensured that every year I enabled education for poor kids. I have been involved in many other social activities. I chose to write as I have been doing it from my childhood. I wanted to make oneself a perfect individual with zero defects. I have planned to enter politics sooner or later and I have revolutionary ideas through which I will bring equilibrium in the world. My efforts need to be supported through my books as it is a medium through which I could reach higher number of people. My readers can get the insights from my books and they can bring change in life of people who surround them. The world is full of dreams and expectations. We wish for a happy and healthy life but we are moving in the wrong direction. The world needs to stop, think and then move in the right direction. My aim is to interact with more and more people across the world as I feel that the whole world is a family. There are good people and there are bad people as well. Cheating, frauds, back-stabbing, hatred, jealousy, ego, racism, rich-poor divide, diseases, pollution and weapons have led us to extremely poor living standards. The relationships and value systems have gone weak and we need to re-structure everything in the world and take collective decisions instead of fighting and destroying lives. We must create a healthy world rather a struggling and depleting world.

Conflict Management
Conflict is part of life and the conflicts arise because of various reasons and sometimes absolutely no reason. Conflict is difference of opinion between two people or groups who have difference in their opinion, thoughts and interests. The people of any organisation have conflicting positions and it creates lot of issues with the people who are decision makers. The groups of individuals who tend to follow a leader have conflict of interest with the leaders of another group. The group of leaders who tend to represent a political outfit is always in conflict with the other. This way we create a system that is in conflict with each-other.
The conflict is present in all forms of profession, systems, age groups, gender, relationships, institutions, teams and all other forms where one or more individuals are present. The countries, army, organisations, Unions and Mafias, all have conflicts with each-other. The intensity of conflict varies from one-another. There are many conflicts going on across the world and it’s because of conflicting interest. The interest can be a miniscule and it could be huge problem as well. The interest may differ amongst the conflicting systems and thus there is no single window solution for all the conflicts together. Thus it is important to understand the conflicts and their properties. The conflicts create problem in one’s life and they create huge problems.
