Crystal Dawn
When she’s not out hunting rogue vampires and werewolves, you can find Crystal Dawn out exploring the galaxy. She can do it all without ever leaving her computer. She kicks ass, takes names, and puts it all down for the enjoyment of her readers. At least that’s what I think she told me. Writing came as a natural outlet for her overly creative mind. She has always told stories and even written some but publishing books didn't start until 2012 with The Rebirth, was the first of the Planet Amazon books. Crystal has also been lucky to have some wonderful beta readers who keep her on track and help inspire her.Secretly, she crushes on all her sexy heroes because all her stories end happily. That is one of the things that makes writing such a joy. Knowing that it makes her reader's day a little brighter. Not that she doesn't read sad books sometimes. While still in school, she read Where the Red Fern Grows and cried like a baby. It was a wonderful book and sometimes a bit of sadness has to be put in books because that's part of life. While she reads all kinds of books at some time or another, PNR and SFR, which she writes is what she reads the most for pleasure. When she started writing, she decided on going Indie after the first two books because an author has more control. She believes Indie will compete well and continues to grow. The need to give pleasure to her readers keeps her going and she sees a long career ahead. Growing up mostly in the NW Arkansas area, it has given her a good place to set some stories and many of her characters come from there or nearby SW Missouri. The start of her stories is the easy part. Finishing them is a little harder when all the stories are in there trying to get out. She loves reading, chocolate, fine sweet wine, and traveling among a large list of pursuits. Her favorite people, after her family and close friends, are her readers who she says are some of the most wonderful people in this galaxy and the next.

Frozen Origin
Book 1
Zeus
Origin is the best in the field of DNA research, and they have finely tuned their craft. They started out with a line of supermen pulling all the best traits from the millions of human DNA samples they had available to them. These supermen were the smartest, fastest, strongest, and most adaptable the human race had to offer, but Origin wasn’t satisfied. When they expanded their facility in Antarctica, they discovered something that made the next level reachable. These were the gods, so far beyond the abilities of man that even with some of their gifts still undiscovered, they put the supermen to shame.
Origin managed to get by with enslaving the products of their research for years until they rented the talents of those products to terrorists that used them against the US and her allies. A team was sent to free them and they were allowed to be an independent entity, free to rule themselves. They had much to overcome and Origin wasn’t ready to give them up yet. Origin fought hard to recover their losses, but the gods fought harder to remain free especially once they realized that they could have a mate and children when they find the right woman.
Sierra, one of the team sent in to free them, and Zeus, the leader of the gods, are the first to mate and have children.
Book 2
Hermes
Hermes is captured by rogue Origin agents and meets his future mate under the worst possible conditions. He had hoped to mate a fierce warrior like Zeus did, but is drawn to the timid mousy girl despite his wishes to the contrary. When she helps him escape, he begins to discover she isn’t anything like he thought her to be.
Origin continues to try to bring the gods back under their control and rogue agents with their own plans are added to the mix. The gods deal with the US military, spies in their midst, and are offered another captured Origin lab to use for their own needs. Zeus offers this to the demons, but Lu wants to think about it.
Several of the other gods suspect they’ve found their mates, but they aren’t sure yet. Some of them wonder if they’ll ever be truly free of Origin and if they’ll ever have the things that other people take for granted.
Book 3
Hades
In Hades, more gods are freed and brought home. A new trend is developing with Origin. They are farming gods out singly to small groups and individuals making it harder to track them. Hades and Doc search for a god that was verified in the possession of an unidentified party. Their mission was largely unsuccessful, and they returned to Olympus without the god they had searched for. Was he still alive? They believed he was, but the search would have to start all over from scratch. They refused to give up until he was free or confirmed dead.
Morpheus
Morpheus is the god of dreams, but he can’t hide from the nightmare of his existence. He has been separated from his brothers, tortured and brutalized while a female scientist attempts to force him to pleasure her.
El lives in fear. Her ex-husband is always in the background, always trying to take her kids from her. When she discovers this poor battered man, will she help him even though her life is already complicated, or will she leave him for others to help?
When they meet, everything changes for both of them. Has she helped him to escape his past or has he simply dragged her into it?
Prologue
He was god of the wind, and he could control it, but only once he was on the outside. Here they came again with the needles and the scalpels. They took samples endlessly and he was just ready for the end, but he was too valuable for them to let die. He thought he might go mad from the daily dose of pain inflicted upon him. He opened his eyes, there was a new smell and a female that looked like an angel came with it. Maybe he had died and went to the heaven the humans spoke of so much.
Ange was desperate or she would have never taken this job. She was a nurse and could get gainful employment, but her mother was a drunk and needed live in help to keep an eye on her, so she needed a job that paid very well. She had three siblings, but you wouldn’t know it by the way they all made themselves scarce when they were needed. She was having some serious reservations about this job, and they all were over this unbelievable man tied to this bed. Was he really ill or were they torturing him? If they were torturing him, was she brave enough to help him escape?
Chapter 1
God of the Winds
Blinding pain shot through him even though he was alone. It was caused by whatever they had given him the last time they changed the IV bag. How long had he been there? It was hard to tell when he was chained to a bed without even the freedom to purge his bodily fluids in an appropriate place. He was a test subject for something that required they collect everything his body produced. Aeolus wished he could damn them all to hell for not just what they did to him, but to all his kind.
One small ray of sunshine was that he’d heard them speak of the others held by Origin and how many had escaped. Those that were free now hunted Origin’s facilities, employees, and those of their kind that hadn’t gotten away. The fear in their voices brought him his only joy. They had trouble keeping new employees when they found out they were being hunted. It was probably too late to help him. He felt his body preparing to give in to the final rest. Even a god could only take so much before it was all over.
Hey Sweetheart. How are you feeling today?
Ange’s sweet voice
