“SAIRAM how are you?”…Suresh inquired and entered my office cabin with an excited smile, reflecting the happiness of meeting his friend (me) after one year since I left my previous company where we were working together for three years with lot of projects, debates and arguments, but respected each other though.   

"Ha-ha!!! Welcome Sir, I'm fine, please be seated, how are you!!!” I too greeted him with surprised look, but my mind started pricking with the question why Suresh called me Sairam.

Suresh replied “Ya Sai fine with Sai Baba’s grace”. “Oh!!!Again, what happened to him? It sounds very strange, who is this Sairam?” thoughts stormed as the dust in my mind.

 “So Sir what is the matter? It feels great seeing you after a long time, which I never thought it would happen.” I asked. 

“Sairam...he is Ritheesh Sairam, running a business near our company. It was moving well with sustained profit share. But in recent times the orders drastically declined to the downfall” Suresh said. I turned to Ritheesh and acknowledged a hallo.

CHAPTER 1

SAIRAM how are you?...Suresh inquired and entered my office cabin with an excited smile, reflecting the happiness of meeting his friend (me) after one year since I left my previous company where we were working together for three years with lot of projects, debates and arguments, but respected each other though. 

Ha-ha!!! Welcome Sir, I'm fine, please be seated, how are you!!! I too greeted him with surprised look, but my mind started pricking with the question why Suresh called me Sairam.

Suresh replied Ya Sai fine with Sai Baba’s grace. "Oh!!!Again, what happened to him? It sounds very strange, who is this Sairam?" thoughts stormed as the dust in my mind.

So Sir what is the matter? It feels great seeing you after a long time, which I never thought it would happen. I asked. 

Sairam...he is Ritheesh Sairam, running a business near our company. It was moving well with sustained profit share. But in recent times the orders drastically declined to the downfall Suresh said. I turned to Ritheesh and acknowledged a hallo.

Suresh continued Now his situation is worse that he couldn’t give the wages to the workmen in his company. He came to me seeking some help to grow his business. I brought him to you in the belief that any orders could be arranged from your company which would be a great help for him at current situation

Thank god this time he didn’t mention Sairam, I thought he would’ve forgot to say so, the moment the voice heard

Sairam, please do something Suresh.

Hearing this I couldn’t hide the curiosity in knowing about it and I asked Sure Sir we can and I’ll try my best to do so...but before that please explain for the God sake who is that Sairam, why you are calling me and everyone with the quote Sairam? Whether he is a saint in any temple of any ashram or you have got any debt from him with the condition to tell his name for every two words you speak? Hahaha...

Ya Sai, I’m in debt with him but not as you mention it’s the debt of unconditional love which he showed to me and which in return I have to give him back with faith and true surrender Suresh replied with the soft & tendered smile which made me feel sinful to embarrass one person on his faith and belief in god which he never likes to. 

Oh Ok, sir...Don’t get much serious and sorry if my words hurt you, it’s not intentionally done...Please forgive me for that...Or punish me with a nicotine dose...

We had a smoke together and continued the conversation regarding the business upliftment of Ritheesh who had come with Suresh. 

Sir, please if you can tell me what kind of work Ritheesh does so that we can look for the requirements in our company. I asked

Suresh replied, No Sai he is planning to close the current and looking to start a new one which may get continuous market requirement, better you suggest him on the same.

Oh! Do you think that my suggestion is worthy enough to enhance one person's business, sir you are there with him who are well versed in that field for past fifteen to twenty years and I just started, how come he can work on my suggestion? If it went wrong then the whole life of him will be in dark and the guiltiness will kill me the whole life. Please talk something practical Suresh Sir I replied with much hesitation.

SAIRAM, I BELIEVE THAT THERE WILL BE A REASON why my guru brought me to you for this and he will have a plan how to take it forward, tell me Why your name stroked in my mind when he asked for help? Why was I roaming in search of you even after one year? Do you think there is no any relation between these actions of God? Suresh chuckled and continued Sai Baba says none of the creatures either human, dogs, or any other species approach us unless otherwise, we have relationships in our last birth somewhere.

Oh!!Suresh Swamiji! Please not again, your lecture is good but the person whom you are preaching is not the correct one, I respect your faith but this is something like overdosing to me. If your guru wants to help your friend then answer me why he never selected a person who is wealthy enough, who can also support financially to startup. Why to the son of an auto driver who is just a salaried idiot like me? Who is running behind the job with a lot of struggle to satisfy his family’s needs?

Baba always selects the person who only belongs to him and he knows to whom the work has to be done with. I think he started his leela with you so as he makes me speak more about him to you. You are caught in sight of Sai, welcome to Sai Darbar dear. Hahaha Suresh chortled with the great confidence.

I heard about many preachers who indoctrinate the innocent and make them absent in the current world, now first time ever in my life I’m experiencing, in past one year you have well trained on this skill, Suresh Ji... I too added the laughter and we all three sat for lunch and completed.

OK, Ritheesh Ji don’t worry I'll make a try in getting you the much demanding material which can be produced and delivered to our product and let you know about that...Let us make a plan after that how to proceed further and Suresh Ji when can we meet again? Whether you are also planning to be in part with this business? I hope it would be better for Ritheesh also to grow. I asked

Ya Sai, I too will be partnering with him and my share will be totally used for the cancer rehabilitation center. It would be great if Baba gives me that opportunity to do so... Suresh replied

That sounds great sir, very proud to be a friend of you, also happy that I too being a part of it. Sure I’ll do my best to identify the product and after that, you can check the feasibility of it. If you will able to make some samples then I can arrange a meeting with my higher officials, once approved then you can get the order from our company.

This is not a great thing which I’m doing Sairam, being humans coming from the same source, helping others are nothing but we are helping the self, I’m just doing justice to my human nature Sairam. 

Oh Suresh Ji, I think even if you leave today the word Sairam will echo in my ears, ok sir I’ll make a leave and let you know about the plan you can expect my call by other two days. Bye for now.
