- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Best book on feet I’ve ever imagined. Easy and actually enjoyable to read, the author actually made me laugh out loud a few times. It makes a lot of sense and the exercises given at the end have been helping my feet recover
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5It looks quite sensible and what she says makes a lot of sense. I have notived that since I haven't been wearing heels as often over the last 18 or so months (thanks COVID) my feet have got better, probably also aided by regular yoga. I do plan to try the exercises and see if they can add to my foot repair. If you suffer from foot pain it's probably worth at least a read and a discussion with your physio or GP.Minor note: Read better on my tablet than my ereader.
