    2 beef cubes, bouillon

    1 onion

    3 cloves garlic, chopped

    ¾ pot of water

    3 smoked ham hocks, small

    4 cups of Pinto beans

    Salt

    Pepper

    Instructions:

    Boil the water

    Rinse the beans and add in the pot

    Again, bring the pot to boil, stirring occasionally, let water and beans heat to a full boiling state for 2 minutes

    Remove pot from heat, cover and cool for 1 hour

    Bring the water and beans back to slow boil

    Put in the bouillon, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper
