Andrew is married to Debbie and has two children. He is a consultant, speaker and trainer within the Employee Relations field with 30 years experience across a diversity of industries. Andrew has served clients in 41 countries in Africa as well as in the Middle East and Europe.He graduated from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University with a post graduate degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is registered with several professional institutions such as the SA Board for People Practice, the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa and the Health Professions Council of South Africa. He runs a Human Resources consultancy called Pretty Much People as well as being a part time organiser of an employers organisation.Andrew has been very effective in resolving thousands of conflicts and also has an exemplary track record of dispute resolution at the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration and several different bargaining councils. Andrew has been featured as a guest on various radio stations where he has provided expert commentary on various topics within the Employee Relations field.
