We seem to always find ourselves on the subject of the Scriptures and Dr. Drawdy asked me if I knew what language was used in the Garden of Eden and if there was a possibility of that language being restored on the day of Pentecost.

At the time I did not give that subject much thought, but as you will soon discover as you read this book, that it was something that I could not dismiss from my mind!

I tried to encourage Dr. Drawdy to write a book on the subject, but so far he has left it up to me. Perhaps in the future, Dr. Drawdy will find himself in print, dealing with this same interesting subject in more detail!

Introduction

During the early informative years of my life, my father who was a hopeless alcoholic and never darkened the door of a Church, but he still insisted that I regularly attended a Southern Baptist Church in the small town of Sierra Blanca, Texas.

It was a Church I might add, that was far more on the Pentecostal side than most Pentecostal Churches we go to these days!

I have been a full gospel believer for fifty-eight years and in full time ministry for fifty-six years. During that time we have been in a lot of countries with cultural and linguistic differences and yet I could not help but notice that no matter what country or what language they spoke, if they spoke in the Spiritual language (called Glossolalia, or Unknown tongues) which was delivered on the day of Pentecost, it sounds exactly the same!

Did you ever wonder why that if you are in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, or any other Spanish speaking country, if someone spoke in tongues, it sounded just like it would sound anywhere in the United States?

How about the eastern countries like Japan? China? Korea? France, or Germany? Amazingly, if they speak in tongues, it sounds Exactly the same!

Perhaps we should step back and think for a moment about exactly what kind of language these Spiritual tongues actually are?

Since The Tower of Babel, there has never been a language which was a trans-national language! That is until the day of Pentecost when I am convinced that the Heavenly, Creative Language of the Garden of Eden was restored to the New Testament Church!

I became a Christian at twenty-three years old and in my early years with Church, we experienced miracles of healing and miracles of salvation nearly every service! We never depended on having to attend a crusade being held by some world renowned Evangelist or faith healer, it was simply a natural occurrence which we all fully expected to happen during every Church service.

The primary reason for this book is simply because I have become convinced that the Full Gospel, Charismatic, Pentecostal Church world has totally lost touch with what is abundantly clear in the Bible!

From the day of Pentecost in the 2nd chapter of the book of Acts, we have been given an open door to be endued with power and position in the Kingdom of God and yet as a body, the vast majority of the saints have no expectation of the miraculous and a very high percentage are completely powerless.

When we recite Scriptures as if there is some sort of magic in the words we speak, with no dedicated life to back it up, why would we wonder or experience disappointment when nothing happens!

Think about this; what do you think would happen if the Church world suddenly came to the realization that the words we speak in the Spirit, were actually from the fountain of the creative force which was used in the Garden of Eden when God spoke creation into existence? If indeed God simply spoke the word and there was light? If He spoke the word from a creative language and the earth was formed from being without form and void? If we are aware of the fact that God spoke and man was created, the animals were created, the seas were created, every living creature was created simply because he spoke the creative word?

What if the creative language of the Garden of Eden was actually restored to the Church on the day of Pentecost?

Unfortunately, it seems entirely possible that we remain spiritually deaf dumb and blind to that awesome possibility!

Chapter One

Speculation

This book is the result of the culmination of several months of contemplation on the subject which in my opinion, has totally evaded the theological world. Whether anyone else agrees with the premise of this book or not is actually irrelevant for this reason; doctrinally and theologically it can rightly be categorized as speculation, but to me, it has become one of the cornerstones of my spiritual existence.

The previous paragraph may have put you off and discouraged you from perusing the pages of this book, but what if it should become life transforming for you and strengthen your Pentecostal, Charismatic, Full Gospel beliefs and experience? What have you got to lose?

On that note let me advise you, the subject material of this book may be very controversial to some, however, I have been a full gospel believer for fifty-eight

years and in full time ministry for fifty-six years. During that time there has been an unfortunate, drastic change in the full gospel ranks!

Since I became a Christian, the concepts and doctrines of practically every denomination has changed or is in the process. In my years of observing and ministering in many of the various Denominations, none of them has changed their doctrinal beliefs as much as the Pentecostal, Charismatic and Full Gospel Churches!

Consider these twelve things I have listed for you that fairly well describes the tragic changes in the modern day Church and then try having an honest evaluation of your own Spiritual life and experience.

The average Church member has had;

1. A loss of dedication.

2. A loss of determination.

3. A loss of desire to reach the lost.

4. A loss of Spiritual expectation.

5. A loss of operation in the gifts of
