I never pictured myself writing erotica, yet here I am, writing my biography. Up until quite recently, I was content keeping my vivid imagination buried deep within me. That all changed the day I decided to join the twenty-first century and bought an e-reader. Shortly after, I uncovered a deep-rooted love of erotica. Unfortunately, almost every single erotic novel I read left me with a bitter taste in my mouth."Why do most authors think it's all right to ignore the laws of good storytelling when sex is involved?" I asked myself. When no answer came to mind, I was left with a choice: Keep on sifting through the mountain of refuse that is erotica as we know it in search of those few hidden pearls or give up on it altogether. I was about to pick the latter when my friend introduced me to the joys of writing erotica. I instantly fell in love. I just hope my tantalizing tales of seduction can transform me into the author I only recently discovered I wanted to be.*Join the Newsletter at TripleErotica.com to get 3 FREE stories from my friends and me. Teacher’s Pet

    Prologue

I’m an overachiever. Always have, always will. The only thing I hate more than failing is having others know I did. Appearance is primordial as it is the first thing people see, their first opportunity to judge you. I always look my very best, no matter the circumstances. Some call it an obsession, I call it a way of life.

My beauty often attracts unwanted attention, but my closed-off personality keeps most men at bay. The few boyfriend’s I have had over the years were few and far in between. Some call it a lonely life, I call it an opportunity to surpass myself.

I was the best student in every single one of my classes. Straight A’s across the board. My high school life was filled with jealous classmates and proud teachers. Some called me a teacher’s pet. I agreed, only I wore it as a badge of honor.

I received a full scholarship and was invited to attend the best college in the country. It was located mere hours from my childhood residence. The closeness to my parents helped ease me through the transition, but deep down, I was looking forward to starting my life as an adult.

The plan was simple. I would continue being the best student I possibly could and graduate with a degree in economics. From there, I would start my own business. I did not know what service my company would provide, but it would quench my undying hunger for money while fulfilling my desire to help my fellow man. That was the plan and nothing could stand in my way. Nothing.

As impressive as it was, landing a full scholarship was not my ticket to an easy college life. I still had textbooks and supplies to pay for. My parents were far from wealthy and their two jobs were not enough to pay for my expenses. I got my first summer job working at a veterinary clinic. Mastering the challenges of employment took less than a day, which I’m told was some sort of record.

It was a calm summer. The biggest thing to happen was my eighteenth birthday. Some claim their lives changed just because they were a day older, but I saw no change. I was still an overachiever and nothing would ever change that.

The summer eventually pulled to an end and my parents insisted on driving me to campus. Being a scholarship student had its advantages; I was awarded the last single room in the dormitory. When it came time to leave, my mother started to cry. My father managed to drag her away before she could freak out and forbid me to attend college.

Once they were gone, I got settled in. Once every single one of my possessions had been given a new home, I took a tour of the campus. The plan was to familiarize myself with my new surroundings to avoid any and all tardiness on my first day.

After an hour, I had visited approximately half of the buildings on campus. The school grounds were larger than I had anticipated. I was pondering whether to take a break or move beyond the fatigue and complete my tour when I came across a familiar face.

Uncle Eric? I asked. My eyes focused on the man that strolled across the courtyard I had stopped in to study the map I held. The man looked up, his steel-blue eyes landing on me. A smile appeared on his lips.

Alexa? His voice was soft, almost musical, yet somehow still masculine.

I returned his smile. He crossed the courtyard and pulled me in for a loving hug. The hug was warm, friendly. We were not technically related—Uncle Eric was my aunt’s husband—but I had always thought of him as family. But now he was more than that, he was also my professor.

Uncle Eric taught economics. Since that was my major, we would be seeing a lot more of each other in the weeks to come. If only I had known just how close we would get…

What are you doing here? I asked. It was unusual for a professor to be seen on campus the day before classes.

He sighed. I could tell his passion for teaching, for molding young minds, had long since died. All that now kept him going was the promise of retirement and the allure of a pension. But I could tell there was also something else that kept him coming back, something I could not quite pinpoint.

Just getting ready for tomorrow, he said. He did a good job covering up his sadness, but I knew it was still there. I felt bad for him, yet there was nothing I could do for him and I knew it. I chose to ignore it.

Are you nervous? he asked. Tomorrow is your big day.

I opened my mouth to deny such allegations, but, before the words could flow past my lips, I realized something. I was nervous. More than I ever had been.

It took a few seconds, but I eventually nodded.

Uncle Eric gave me a reassuring smile.

Don’t worry, he said. I’ll go easy on you.

I stiffened up. I was nervous, not incompetent. The last thing I wanted was to receive preferential treatment.

No! I said. My voice was too loud. I took a deep breath before continuing. I mean, please don’t.

    My uncle seemed confused.

I don’t want to be treated any different just because we’re family. I gazed into his eyes to make sure he understood how serious I was. I’m just another student.

It took a few seconds for him to answer.

    Are you sure?

    One hundred percent.

All right then, he said and walked away. I was a little surprised by his sudden departure, but assumed it was his way of treating me with the same level of respect as his other students.

After a few steps, he stopped and turned to me.

I think it would be better if you address me as Professor Scott, he proposed. At least when we’re on school grounds.

Of course, Professor Scott, was my answer.

He gave me one final smile and walked off.

I watched him grow smaller until he vanished around a corner. My eyes then returned to the map I held. I considered completing the campus tour I had begun, but an odd thought occurred to me. I had insisted Uncle Eric treat me like every other student. Perhaps it was time for me to start acting as such.

What’s the worst that can happen?

Moments later, I was sliding the folded up map into my backpack. For the first time in recent history, I had done something that was not characteristic of an overachiever. I was, for all intents and purposes, normal.

    Chapter 1

I awoke with a panicked yelp. I could tell something was wrong, but I did not figure out what it was until my eyes focused on the alarm clock that stood on my bedside table. 12:00 am flashed on the screen in an endless loop. It had been reset.

My heart skipped a beat when I turned to the clock that hug from the nearby wall. It read 7:52 am. I was late.

The plan had been quite simple. I had scheduled my bedtime to ensure I got just enough sleep. My alarm clock was set to wake me at 7:00 am. That would give me a full hour to brush my teeth, take my shower and slip into the outfit I had selected the previous night before heading to class. I had thought it to be a foolproof plan. I now realized I had omitted to take into consideration power outages.

I mentally added buying a battery-powered alarm clock to my to-do list before the threat of being late urged me into action. I skipped the tooth brushing and the shower. I always slept in the nude, so slipping into the blouse and miniskirt I had picked the night before was easy. By the time I grabbed my book bag and hurried out of the room, it was 7:53.

On my way to my first class, I was struck with a realization. I had cut my campus tour short. As luck would have it, the classroom I was now attempting to find was located in one of the areas I had omitted to visit.

What could possibly have made me think being normal was a good thing? Had I simply followed my instincts, I would have concluded my exploration of the school grounds and would now have no trouble locating my destination. In the moment it took me to retrieve the map from my book bag, I promised myself never to try and be normal again. I was an overachiever and that was a good thing.

A quick scan of the map told me my destination stood at the far end of the campus. Even if I ran the entire time, it would still take me ten minutes to reach the class room. I knew logic did not support my theory, but I decided that if deserved to be on time, I would.

    I wasn’t.

When I reached the classroom, I was out of breath and a full five minutes late. It was my first time and I didn’t know how to react. Instead of catching my breath and sneaking in unnoticed, I burst into the classroom, hair disheveled and eyes wild.

The double doors I had thrown open swung back and slammed into the wall, filling the air with a loud bang. By the time the sound died out, an eerie silence filled the room and all eyes were on me.

I instantly known I had made a mistake. Unfortunately, it was too late to rectify it. All I could do now was hope my professor was not the kind of person to take offence to such a brutal interruption.

My eyes focused on the man standing by the blackboard. He looked familiar. The man was in his late forties. His hair was peppered with white, yet the manner in which it was styled added to the aura of handsomeness that enveloped him. His black tuxedo glistened in the light, each bulge in the fabric caused by the powerful muscles that lay beneath. The man was an Adonis.

Then my eyes met his and I recognized him. Uncle Eric, now to be referred to as Professor Scott. I had been so busy freaking out about my tardiness that I had forgotten my first class was Introduction to Economics.

I suddenly regretted asking him to treat me like every other student. The grim expression he wore spoke volumes about his state of mind. Perhaps Uncle Eric was a fun, laid back kind of guy, but Professor Scott was a strict and unforgiving man. His eyes narrowed and a cruel smile curled his lips.

Is there something we can help you with? he asked. His voice was cold, emotionless.

I opened my mouth, but no words came. I shut it, my cheeks turning red with embarrassment.

I don’t know where you come from, but in the modern world we live in, we take pride in our appearance, continued the professor.

A few chuckles emerged from the mass of students that surrounded me. I glanced down at myself and stared in disbelief at what I found. My blouse stood open, the bra that lay beneath fully visible. My skirt was backwards and the tag was visible. Though I could not see my hair, I knew it was a mess. I quickly fixed myself up.

Are you sure you’re in the right class? asked Professor Scott.

I was too embarrassed to reply.

    What’s your name?

I could not believe how mean my uncle was being. We had known each other our entire lives. Did he really need to humiliate me further by asking my name? Then again, I had asked him to treat me like any other student. I had brought this on myself.

A—Alexa Swan, I said. My voice cracked twice. I had never been this humiliated in my entire life.

Professor Scott’s piercing gaze remained on me for a few more seconds before his demeanor softened.

Please have a seat, Miss Swan, he said and turned his attention back to the blackboard.

I hurried to the nearest free chair and merged with the rest of the students. It took a while before the blood left my cheeks and even more time before I recovered from the shock of being humiliated by my uncle. I kept telling myself he had simply abided by my wishes to remain another faceless student, but deep down, I knew things would never be the same between us.

    Chapter 2

A crippling fear took hold of me when I entered my uncle’s classroom for a second day of Introduction to Economics. I feared he would humiliate me again, but he barely even noticed me. I took a seat at the back of the class and did my best to avoid his gaze each time it neared me. I eventually started to relax and spent the rest of the class enjoying my new life as a college student. Professor Scott was a talented educator and each word coming out of his mouth felt like a secret that belonged only to the two of us.

The bell eventually rang, indicating the end of class. I let the sea of students drag me into the hall. The last thing I wanted to do was to confront my uncle. Unfortunately, that was exactly what happened a few minutes later.

I was sitting in a quiet corner of the cafeteria. To my left stood a tray of food. To my right my homework for the day. It was a habit I had developed during high school. It made my lunch hour feel less lonely and gave me a jump start on my homework.

Is this seat taken? asked a voice behind me.

I shook my head distractedly, not even bothering to glance at the man that invaded the chair to my left. I continued to study, but soon felt the newcomer’s gaze on me. I tried to ignore it, but I could feel it boring into me.

I tore my eyes from my textbook, intent on giving this bothersome man a piece of my mind. But the angry words died in my throat when I laid eyes on my uncle.

He gave me a kind smile.

Hi, he said, his voice chipper.

I was too shocked to reply.

How are you doing? he asked.

My voice returned and I mumbled something along the lines of Fine.

There was moment of silence before his smile faded.

I’m sorry about yesterday, he said, his voice heavy with remorse. I always begin the year by humiliating the first student to step out of line. It’s my way of showing his—or her—classmates I will not tolerate that type of behavior. He gave me an apologetic smile. I hated having to do that to you, but you asked me to treat you like all the other students, so…

I didn’t know what to say, so I said nothing.

Do you forgive me? he eventually asked.
