What matters most is how I managed to free myself from this nicotine bondage for life. I am now a non smoker. In twenty years I have not touched a single cigarette!”

Stop abuse of tobacco in one day, and free yourself for life.
Stop smoking by learning the easy way.
Stop depending on a life-threatening drug and change your lifestyle.
Start living a happy and healthy life without stress.

Start a new hobby you enjoy and end up excelling in it. (The writer took up the martial arts sport of Taekwondo and obtained a black belt!)

Set yourself free from the hazards of tobacco smoke, detoxicate and be fit and healthy again.

This book approaches the challenges of smoking in a very unique way, as the writer shows how he took a different look at smoking and ended up kicking the habit in just 24 hours! No magic, no fancy stuff; just a plain and straight forward natural approach to transforming himself from being a nicotine addict to a fitness fanatic. All this was done in a good self-reproachful way.

By giving up, using this easy way you will write your own success story. Nicotine is an addiction which will soon rob you of your life if you don’t stop it.
Take this bold step and change your life for the better. Read this personal account from someone who years ago didn’t hesitate to go through fifty cigarettes daily.

    Prologue

How did I quit smoking in a single Day?

My uncle Blue died of lung cancer. He was a chain-smoker. His grandson had called him 'Blue' the day he walked into the house covered in oil. His car had broken down. The nickname Blue stuck. We ended up calling him uncle Blue. Sometimes I would sit with him on the front porch and smoke. We would both chain-smoke and not think anything of it. His doctor finally told the family the cancer was now far too advanced for treatment. The best the doctor could do for uncle Blue was to try and reduce the pain, to make him comfortable. The doctor prescribed powerful pain-killers for him. He told the family that uncle Blue had only a few days to live. He died early one morning on my birthday. The coincidence puzzled me. I still can’t make sense of it even today.

The night before he died uncle Blue sent his son to call me to his room. He was now too weak to walk. He had been bedridden for days. From the corridor I could hear him grunting and moaning in pain. The pain-killers were no longer effective. I tried to lighten the mood by joking with him. He took my hand and shook it as he struggled to speak. His eyes opened wide. He stared at me without blinking. I knew he wanted to say farewell to me. I didn't accept what was happening then. I told him he would be fine. I knew there was no hope. Sometimes you say words to comfort someone you care about even when there is no hope. Uncle Blue always denied he was sick. After every visit to his doctor he always told us the doctor said there was nothing wrong with him. He would light up his favorite brand of cigarettes to confirm this. He would take a few pulls. You could see him enjoying the sweet nicotine. Then the coughing would start. His whole body would shake like he was having a seizure. I can still hear him shaking and coughing violently like an old tin car choking into life. When uncle Blue died I was a chain-smoking machine. It would be more than a year before I finally quit smoking ...

It would be twenty years after I quit smoking before I had the guts to write this book. I wrote this book for you and all those who still smoke. I honestly didn’t want to share my experience with any person. I found this experience too personal. But sometime we meet people who change our life without trying to do so. Uncle Blue didn't try to discourage me from smoking. We were smoking buddies. Uncle Blue died denying he had lung cancer from smoking. He died denying he had lung cancer or there was anything wrong with him. He died chain-smoking over sixty cigarettes a day. He had smoked for over forty years. When they cleared his room they found a new cartons of cigarettes under his bed.

However, I managed to stop smoking one fine single Day and I never touched another cigarette in 20 years! – I have revealed in this book How I quit smoking in one single day.
