Introduction
Have you ever had the experience of just meeting someone, and two minutes later being as comfortable with them as if you’ve known them forever, like your best friend? Or how about the famed Romeo and Juliet
meeting, when they met for a moment and just knew? This can happen as blinding as it did to each of them, or so subtly that only later do you realize how well you connect.
This event, in various forms, strengths, and permutations, occurs all over the world, every second of the day. Great romances, passionate friendships, and deep bonds of brotherhood can be formed out of the first, lightning-quick response to another person. There are people who have this experience constantly, and they can seem to live a charmed life, effortlessly creating deep, lasting connections and reaping the benefits those connections provide.
What if someone told you that you could be one of these people? That the magic charm is something that can be practiced and learned? Whoever it is, this person would tell you that these great friendships, romances, bonds, and the charmed life of those who have them is due to a single concept - rapport.

This interest, caring, and understanding is the basis on which a deeper relationship can be built. It is a surface-level connection, that has the potential for further connection. Rapport is created by the understanding on both sides that the other person finds
