    Your action is the critical factor.

    This system is designed to motivate you toward simple action each and every day, long enough for a new habit to be established.

    You’ll get a rest day once each week so you can catch up on a day you may have missed or just focus on the simple actions we are working on.  Every 7th day there is no message from me, that is on purpose.

    There Are Two Ways To Approach This Training

    I highly recommend the first way, but I know some eager beavers like me will opt for way #2 so I’m just going to address it here.

    Way #1:  Consume this book ONE CHAPTER PER DAY for the entire month and don’t skip ahead.

    Focus on the one brief message designed for today and then TAKE THE ACTIONS prescribed.

    Way #2:  Read the entire book in just a few hours.  Get inspired and embed the entirety of the course into your subconscious at once.
