      Britt awoke in the foldout bed wearing her cowboy shirt and panties. The clock on the wall proclaimed it to be just ten minutes before noon. She was alone in the living room. She went to the refrigerator and took out a large pitcher of water. She poured a glass full to the brim and downed the entire contents. She walked to the huge glass window that faced the ocean and drew open the blinds. Stunningly bright sunlight filled the room and before her, in the distance, with a perfect white sailboat in the center, lay the Pacific Ocean. Britt groaned. She realized she had to pee.
