    Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro was first published in 2005. It is a dystopian science fiction novel.

    The book proved to be highly successful and it was widely admired by both readers and critics. The novel was shortlisted for the 2005 Booker Prize, for the 2006 Arthur C. Clarke Award, for the 2005 National Book Critics Circle Award.

    It was also included in the best English Language Novels list of 100 best novels from 1923 to 2005.

    The book was also the winner of the ALA Alex Award in the year 2006.

    The story was also adapted into a movie that was released in the year 2010. The film was directed by Mark Romanek.
