About this ebook

I felt the compulsion in my spirit to sound this waking call to all God’s children who have been born again by the Spirit of the Lord. We seem to have forgotten our holy calling into the kingdom of God, pursuing instead our daily bread and pleasures of the world. Hence, we take very lightly the prayer of our Lord Jesus Christ, which is the total package of His mission and teachings on earth.

Thanks be to God who had enabled us write this little book. We hope and prayed that its message of spiritual encouragement and challenges would be a blessing to all that read it. May I also thank all my family and friends who have encouraged me by giving their time and support. My two daughters, Dorcas and Elizabeth, who have contributed and helped in the editing of the book, and my son, Enoch who has supported us financially. I sincerely thank Rev. Amos Komolafe, my brother in law, for his endless contribution and support. May I also appreciate my Christian friend, Ngozi Owubuya, for her friendship, support and contributions. Thanks to Kunle Ibironke, who gave immense support and printing insight to the printing of the book. Thanks to Pastor John whose contribution to the first chapter has in inspired the writing of the remaining chapters. May God richly bless you all. My greatest gratitude goes to my wife Lydia who had endured and sacrificed a lot – ‘A good wife who can find’.
