I have no advice. It is not mine to offer. It is not mine to speak. Your mind is yours. You will ind your own answer. Look but don't keep.

This is not a psychology book. You should know this so I say it. I am qualified to comment on human nature, to give you this gift back, because I am human and I have studied us for myself as my life's work all by accident. I know myself, so I know you. You may trust me on that.

I had to face my own words. I forced myself into a position where my own words were given back to me to look at. I had no choice but to do it.
Maybe you will be lucky and find an easier way.
