Jason Tipple
Jason Tipple was born quite near the coast in sunny Norwich in the Summer of 1973. He moved inland to the new city of Milton Keynes at the age of the 8. His love of writing began at school where he wrote fun stories about zany characters and letting his imagination run almost as wild as his hair. At the age of 13 he wrote in an essay about Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice that Mr. and Mrs. Bennet's marriage could only be saved by a novelty 'His and Hers' towel set. Suffice to say this didn't go down too well with the English teacher but it set him on a path towards an interest in expressive writing. Four years later, his 5000 word A-level analytical essay studying the literary structure of the Conan the Barbarian novels by Robert E Howard was heavily frowned on by his teacher for not being about an 'author of suitable literary merit.' That moment convinced Jason only to ever write about subjects that he enjoyed applying his creative mind to. Jason soon began to write humorous tales, sci-fi and fantasy purely for his own enjoyment. The birth of his daughter in 2006 introduced him to children's books for the first time in 20 years. Inspired by the likes of 'the Gruffalo' and 'Mr. Gum', Jason ventured into writing children's books as well as an epic psychological thriller of 120,000 words.

Chapter 1: Gruffy goes fishking
I hope you like goats and volcanoes where the lava is made from yogurt, because that’s what this story is about. Otherwise you’d better read that book about a boy who rides his bicycle or the one about all those happy rabbits. But I promise you won’t get to meet a bluewort if you do that. Now our goat’s name is Gruffy and the volcano is called Yogurt Volcano and that’s all you need to know before we start.
Gruffy was a proper splendid nine year old goat with a love for exploring, a taste for danger and some ears for hearing stuff. The adventure loving goat was smarter than a police officer’s boots and more curious than the first ever monkey astronaut blasting off into outer-space. Oh, and he had two magnificent horns on his head, the likes of which have never been seen before, except on every other goat.
It happened that today Gruffy was even hungrier than someone as hungry as a horse and just like most goats he would eat anything that he could get his hooves on. But mostly he liked to eat fish. They were his favourite food ever since he went off those yellow things that look and taste just like bananas and are called bananas.
‘But where does a hungry goat get fish from?’ I hear you ask in a curious voice.
‘From Yogurt Volcano!’ I reply in a story-telling voice.
‘Is that a real volcano?’ you might ask.
‘Of course!’ I reply, ‘it’s an enormous lava-spewing mountain with all the bells and whistles of a proper volcano. Only this volcano is full of fish. Now PLEASE let me get on with the story!’
Gruffy hungrily climbed the great pyramid shaped mountain that
