Gullaign steals his food and tries to sabotage his business, but Beardstone is not an easy man to mess with. Seagullora and Guswayne are two clever royals who lead a small group of loyal followers to foil a plot to kidnap and ship all the seagulls to a remote island. They discover those behind this evil scheme and must stop them before it is too late. They use their wits and skills to outsmart their enemies and save their friends.

We'll also meet Bakassi, the notorious 'Gangster Seagull'. Known for his tough demeanour, Bakassi sports a sleek black leather jacket, a flashy gold chain, and sunglasses. His beak bears a scar that only adds to his rugged appearance, and his wing boasts a skull tattoo. Bakassi's favourite pastimes include stealing food, chasing away other birds, and making a ruckus.

LOVE, BIRDS, AND HUMOUR

He had it all planned out. To impress his girlfriend’s parents with his charm, wit, and manners.

He was going to enjoy a lovely afternoon in Dover, England, with the love of his life and her family, and was going to savour every bite of the delicious, large gourmet sandwich that his mother-in-law-to-be had lovingly prepared for him. He was going to make this day unforgettable.

But unforeseen events had other plans.

Enter Bakassi, a very bad seagull dude! As he sat on a window ledge with the sandwich in his hand, admiring the view of the sea and the cliffs; then he felt a sudden gust of wind and a sharp pain in his fingers. He looked down and saw nothing but crumbs and lettuce. He looked up and saw a massive male gull flying away with his sandwich in its beak, swallowing it whole in one gulp.

He couldn’t believe his eyes. It was surreal, the kind of thriller you see in a movie only that this was real. He felt a mix of shock and anger; denial and humiliation. How could this happen to him, and how could he face his girl and her parents now? How could he explain to them that he lost his meal to a mere bird?

This was the story of a young man who learned the hard way that life is full of surprises, some good, some bad, and some downright hilarious. He coped with his sandwich-snatching ordeal, while also dealing with his relationship and his dreams; a tale of love, laughter, and seagulls that will make you smile, cry, and ask for more.
