I started writing romance fiction since I was 16 years old. I'm now a published writer thanks to the wonderful world of ebooks.I live in Canada and I love the winter months. As you can see, I wrote several books related to the winter holidays.I'm not represented by an agent and I'm a proud indie. I have learned how to create websites and edit images, design book covers, etc. All my books and what you see on this website I have created myself.I'm currently a certified accountant but my dream is to be a full-time independent writer of hot erotic romance books.

    Chapter One

Sally got into her sky blue Two Thousand and Two model Honda Accord Sedan and turned on the heat. With a sigh she stretched a little and burrowed into her seat, enjoying the comfort of the leather seats. She’d bought the car at a used car lot a couple of years back and it was one purchase she had never regretted. It was not much, but it was all hers and it was very comfortable. Much better than the beat-up Ford she had been driving anyway. With another sigh she turned on the engine and pulled out of her assigned parking lot at the Library. It had been one of her really bad days at work and she just wanted to forget about it.

She stopped at a traffic light on her way home and knew she was not really looking forward to another night in her lonely little apartment. Pushing her curly black hair off her face, she reached down to fiddle with her car radio. As the blast of punk rock hit her she quickly turned it off with a grimace of distaste.

Why on earth would anyone want to listen to that at this time of the night? she muttered to herself. It was already past eight, another late night at the Library which had been a colossal waste of her time.

The light turned green and her feet went down on the gas. So, what do I do? She hadn’t known what it felt like to be joyful in a very long time. Not since Andrew had left, she thought sadly. Men were so unreliable and she had learned that lesson the hard way. But that didn’t mean she wanted to spend the rest of her life alone. Sally knew that she wanted love and companionship. And some hot sex would come in handy too. She added, even though she belonged to the demographic of women who felt sex was vastly overrated. Unless it was romance novel sex; now that was something worth dreaming about. And why am I thinking of sex? She thought with a sigh. She really needed to get over the habit of talking to herself.

Just then she caught the sign for the Clover Leaf Café and before she could think about it, she swung her car off the road and narrowly missed being rammed into by the car behind hers. There was a lot of honking and swearing as she parked her car where she could find some space, which was not too far from the café itself. Usually she would have been cringing, feeling very sorry for almost
