Jocelyn Ricci hummed a cheerful tune to herself as she whisked the eggs into froth, along with some milk and herbs. The mushrooms and diced onions were sautéing in a skillet and filled the kitchen with a scrumptious aroma. She carefully poured the mixture of eggs and milk into the skillet, then added some cheese to create her favorite omelet. It would be the perfect start to a perfect morning.

While the eggs cooked and the cheese melted, she took a moment to check her reflection in the mirror that hung on the kitchen wall and gasped at what she saw. Her raven black hair was a disheveled mess, and her apron was covered with stains.

Quickly, she swept her dark, waist-long hair into a neat bun and secured it into place with a jeweled pin that had been her grandmother’s from Italy. She touched a bit of make-up onto her face, enhancing her emerald green eyes and exotic features in just the right way. Then she tossed the apron into the laundry room and admired her improved appearance.

Suddenly she remembered her eggs and dashed back to the stove just in time to save them from burning. She flipped the omelet with a deft flick of her wrists and it landed back into the pan perfectly.

How do you do that? a male voice asked and Jocelyn turned to see Ethan Richmond standing behind her. It wasn’t often that the owner of the mansion came to the kitchen to check on the chef, but Jocelyn wasn’t surprised to see her boss this time. After all, they had been making love in his bedroom all night long and she had told him she was going to kitchen to make him a hardy breakfast before he had to begin a new work day.

Ethan’s vivid blue eyes drank in her appearance, as she stood naked in his kitchen, and he felt himself becoming aroused by her beauty all over again. They’d been making love all weekend, but somehow he could never get enough of her and always wanted more. He smoothed his hands over his own wavy brown hair and whistled in admiration. That looks absolutely delicious!

Are you talking about me or the food? Jocelyn asked with a naughty grin. She had noticed his arousal and felt the same tingles of lust in her own loins.

Both. Ethan crossed the distance from the doorway to the stove, moving across the marble floor in quick strides, so he could take her in his arms and kiss her.
