'Wow, you should turn that into a book to help other people', were the words of a good friend. So I did. It's been a festering dream and personal ambition of mine to have my word in print. With that in mind, this page is a celebration of my works. I've got my next project underway and intend to put what I've learnt from my first book into practice :) I hope you enjoy reading my books. I know that I enjoyed writing them...

    Foreword

Hey presto, I was taken to a short video about a woman’s inspirational experience of a molar pregnancy. Never one to like missing out on reading an inspirational story, and never having heard of it before, I was touched.

The whole point of this incredibly brave woman having had this video made was to raise awareness of the condition and raise money.

I had a flash back to when I was pregnant and suffered acute pre-eclampsia followed by ‘HELLP’ syndrome. While I was on maternity leave I had intended to raise money and awareness of ‘HELLP’ but life took over and it never happened.

Having read that inspirational story and mulled it over in that nice hot bath, here is my plea for ‘HELLP’ to raise awareness through my book.

Let’s start from the very beginning…

    Chapter 1

    The test…

I came off the pill after years of being on it. The pill I was on meant the hormone levels never dropped and therefore I never had
