About this ebook

Janine Broder lives happily in the suburbs with her second husband, Michael. With his daughter, Megan, almost ready to leave for college, they look forward to having more time for each other.

When Katrina Hunter moves into the neighborhood, Janine welcomes her, but is shocked when she catches her neighbor servicing the movers.

At night, sensual dreams tease Janine, and she finds herself doing things with Michael she'd never done before. But as the dreams grow stronger, Mrs. Broder begins to suspect they aren't simply dreams. And that her neighbor is somehow responsible for them.

This 13,000 story of seduction and lust contains a variety of erotic acts including oral sex, sex between a man and a woman, sex between two women, and threesomes. It also features a woman being transformed into a succubus. For adults only!

Excerpt:
“Good morning,” she actually purred, breaking Janine from the spell she hadn't even noticed she'd fallen into. “You here to welcome me to the neighborhood?” She sounded vaguely amused.

“Ah, more like checking out the new neighbor.” And there she started to blush as the other woman's smile reminded her that her words could have a double meaning. Feeling increasingly confused, Janine soldiered on by finally introducing herself. “Janine Broder.”

“Katrina Hunter.” They shook hands, and something like a small shock, not at all unpleasant, passed between them. “A pleasure to meet you.”

Janine realized that what she'd taken for purring was actually a strange accent coupled with a naturally rich voice. “Likewise. And a surprise, we didn't even know the house had been sold.”

“I bought it on short notice.” Katrina's thumb caressed the back of Janine's hand, and the redhead realized she still hadn't let go. She quickly did so, blushing once more, but her neighbor didn't seem to notice. “I was driving by when I saw this place and I simply had to have it.”

“Just like that?”

Katrina shrugged, the movement of her bare shoulder and covered tits nearly hypnotizing Janine. “I go where I want to, and I was looking for a new place anyway.”

I have been writing erotic stories for years and now look forward to sharing them with a bigger audience. My stories mostly contain an element of the fantastical, they're about situations that can't happen in the real world. Because there is something very exciting about stretching your imagination.

    Chapter 1

Looks like we got a new neighbor, Janine's husband announced as he walked back into the kitchen carrying the newspaper.

Janine looked up from her breakfast. Really? I didn't know even know the house had been sold, she remarked.

Michael shrugged, and took a seat. There's a big truck outside and three movers are carrying boxes into the house with a woman giving directions. Either she's the most brazen squatter I've ever heard of, or she bought the place.

Janine's lips quirked, and she tilted her head. So what's our new neighbor's name?

Don't know. He looked down at his bathrobe and slippers, then back up at his wife. I didn't think I'd make a good first impression greeting her like this. And since I have to leave for work in half an hour and would like to read the paper before then, I'll leave welcoming her to the neighborhood to you.

She shook her head. Her loose, red hair tickled her ear so Janine brushed it back. Maybe we should invite her over for dinner then, she mused. Not today. She'll be too tired getting her house in order, but next week should work.

It would be great if our relationship with her was better than the one we had with old man Potter. Every time James' soccer ball ended up in his garden, I had to go out and buy a new one because he'd slice the ball open before throwing it back.

Janine nodded along, though this was the first time she'd heard that story. Michael had been a widower when Janine met him. Though she'd been married ten years herself, before getting divorced, the redhead didn't have any children of her own. Never would have either, thanks to some genetic quirk. Suddenly having to raise two teenagers who still missed their own mother had not been easy. But she'd done a good job these past four years, if she said so herself.

There's not much chance of that happening now, James is safely off to college and Megan has no interest in soccer.

Speaking of the next generation Broder, when is she going to grace us with her presence?

Honey, she just graduated high school. If she wants to take advantage of that by sleeping in, I say we let her. I'll make sure she doesn't waste the entire day away in bed, but a few hours won't harm anyone.

True enough, but she'll be leaving the nest soon. Guess I want to make the most of the time we still have.

You could always take a few days off, Janine proposed.

If only, Michael sighed as he sliced up his pancake and took a bite. But summer is the busiest time, so there's no chance they'll let me.

You've been plenty busy these past six months, she noted.

Michael nodded. I really hope they'll stop dumping everything on us and start hiring some more people. But until they do ... He shrugged and turned his attention to his newspaper.

Of course, Michael's position would have been more flexible
