If you get a ticket in California while driving with an out of state license, there’s no reason to worry because it won’t affect your out of state license.
Traffic School is not available after contesting a ticket through Trial by Written Declaration.
Police officers don’t show up in court for a red light photo ticket since the ticket is generated by a camera and not an officer.

Prelude
No matter how careful you are it’s going to happen to you.
No matter how closely you check the traffic lights and the cars in the other lanes, eventually it’s going to happen to you.
No matter how aware you are of the road conditions and the other cars around you, it’s still going to happen to you.
No matter how good and careful a driver you are, EVERYONE makes mistakes. And this mistake means that you’re going to see those all too familiar red and blue lights in your rearview mirror.
The important thing is how you react to this situation. You could just pay the ticket and watch your bank account get hundreds of dollars lighter in ticket fees, court fees, and increased insurance premiums. Or you could try and fight it by taking time off from work, going down to court and dealing with court clerks, bailiffs, judges and the officer who issued the ticket. And you may still lose.
OR, you could do the smart thing. READ THIS BOOK. USE THIS BOOK. CALL TICKETBUST.COM.
Introduction
Last year we introduced you to our first book: Traffic Tickets. Don’t Get Mad. Get Them Dismissed. Traffic Ticket Tips, Must Knows, and Much More. After this book was released we got to thinking about the over 50,000 cases that we have worked on and thought; wow, we’ve heard some real stories and storytellers over the years.
And then the idea hit us, Let’s share some of those stories.
So we’ve put together several case studies that will walk you through the facts of the ticket and tell you about our solution that helped that driver Get Off
; well, okay at least get their traffic ticket dismissed.
We’ve also put together many stories and excuses we’ve heard from drivers and why their traffic tickets did not get dismissed, these are the ones that Didn’t Get Off.
As good as these stories are we also wanted to give you some real hard-core information, tips and facts about traffic tickets, what works and what doesn’t work, along with examining many traffic ticket myths in our truth or fiction section. We’ve also included all our information about what happens in traffic court and what to do if you do have to go to traffic court.
Now why should you care about what happened to another driver or how they got a traffic ticket dismissed or what lame excuse they had? Well that’s easy; having the knowledge about what worked or didn’t work for other drivers will make you better informed for when you get a traffic ticket. And you will, as the odds are not in your favor. The day will come when you see those flashing lights behind you or that quick flash of a camera as you realize that you just went through a red light with a red light camera device.
To give you an idea of what to expect, take the case of Jimmy; a few years ago Jimmy received a speeding ticket out in Barstow when his truck got a little away from him as he was going downhill. Jimmy tried to fight it on his own but couldn’t get the ticket dismissed. Jimmy ended up with a point and a half on his driver’s license and having to pay a pricey fine. There is a better way to contest a traffic ticket then going to court and trying it on your own. That’s why you need to read this book and find out how other people had their traffic tickets dismissed.
Like Jimmy, before coming to TicketBust.com Angela tried to get out of a ticket, specifically a red light camera ticket, but no dice. Angela saw that flash go off and she knew she was going to get one of those red light camera tickets in the mail and she did. When she received it she knew that she wanted to fight the ticket so she waited for her court date to arrive and went to court. The officer at that court showed her a video of her clearly running right through that red light. Angela was lost and at that point just gave up and accepted her guilt. There is a better way!
If you are reading our book we’re willing to bet you’re like Jimmy,
