About this ebook

If you are either in the process of fighting a case in court or have loss a case in court and are interested in reopening the case to challenge the judgment, sentence, or orders associated with the case, this book is just what you’ve been looking for! It is packed with sample documents that have been effectively used to reopen cases, vacate judgments, orders, and even remove negative items from credit reports. Many people are not aware that filing a simple objection to a judgment or other closed case can reopen the case and grant you the opportunity to fight the case again. The notice of objection should be used to reopen a case before you file a motion to vacate or any form of appeal. If the filing of the objection is not accepted, then you will still have the option to utilize the motion to vacate and will have additional evidence that you provided the parties with your objections prior to the motion to vacate being filed.

for the most part this is great and I thank the author and his team including the publishing company for sharing these sample court documents. I think what most of the people would love to see especially those that have no background in law and are dealing with any case in the courts are a break down of what motions to file under certain scenarios I know and understand that there is no way possible to cover them all due to everyones case being different. I suggest giving the readers more clarity maybe make sections under family law and what motions are commonly filed in this court and a define what those motions mean and what their purpose are. its taken me awhile to get to understand some of this legalese that is used in our courts to attempt to get the outcome that I am guaranteed under the our constitutional rights. I am no professional and far from it so I still ave trouble understanding what some of these claims being brought are. so to all the authors of books of this type please help out us non attorneys have a fighting chance by defining the claims how they are used, what they are used for, and when they should be used, and I think there is paper work that needs to be filed as well from my understanding I can’t just walk into a court and submit these samples filled out with my information? I stand on the facts that this book as given me more information and has added to my knowledge and id like to tank you again for all tat you and your team do to help those like myself. keep up what your doing youre helping relieve so much stress from so many who want to take tis on as a self litigant.
