About this ebook
This book may sound like a romance between two lovers, but it is much more than that. It is a story of love, relationship, hope, maturity, but most important it is a story about us. I used to think it was all about me and my wants,it has only been in these past few years, that I have realized that it is not about me at all. It is really about us; you, me and Jesus!
Justene Martin
Justene Martin resides in Iowa. She attends church at the biggest little dynamite church on the planet; Revelation Light of Jesus Christ, in Bedford, IA. Justene considers herself a gifted poet because she knows that what she has is a gift from God. She calls her work, Poetry With A Purpose. In her so-called golden years, she has found herself looking forward to life with purpose and a zeal she never dreamed possible. Mother of six children, grandmother of 15, and widowed after 38 years of marriage, she has discovered that God has a grand plan for all of His creation, NO matter what age or gender. Believing she has been called to bring the gospel to widows all over the world, she finds herself willing to go to any measure to follow that call. Armed with her pen, her mouth and a dream, she embarks on the journey with fear and trembling, but with the promise of eternal purpose.

About The Author
Dedication
This is dedicated to the One I love.
Introduction
I remember a song from my youth entitled, This is Dedicated to the One I Love
. As a young woman, my thoughts were probably wildly romantic fantasies of dating some popular boy, of receiving his class ring and going steady. But he had no face, he had no name, he was merely a wishful thought. The words however, would have been true. Everything was dedicated to the one I loved. Me!
Many years have passed, many songs have been written about love relationship, about loss of love, about pain and sadness, but still all of them were dedicated to me. Over the years though, the love relationship changed, I began to not like me so much, and then gradually I began to hate me. Even after I became a Christian, it was to try to make something of the shambles that resulted from my selfish life. It was still about me. Little by little I began to give up on those fantasies and so called real life set in. Problems, disasters, heartaches, oh yes, and a few laughs, but the reality for me became hopelessness and defeat. Little by little I gave up the fantasy of ever finding real love. Gradually, my motives changed to what could have been titled Desperately Seeking Justene
.
It is sad to say, that it has only been in these past few years, my more mature years, that I have realized that it is not about me at all. It is really about us! The things I thought were important to complete me, to make me a better person and a better Christian could never complete me. I can never enjoy the life I have been given or be complete until I realize that it is, and always has been, about us; you, me, and Jesus. There you have it, the trilogy. You can’t have one without the others.
This book may sound like a romance between two lovers, but it is much, much more than that. It is a story of love, relationship, hope, maturity, but most important it is a story about us, you and me. Do not think of these words as written about me, they are written about us, Jesus, our King, His bride, and us, you and Me. You see, I now know, you complete me. Without you, I am nothing, without Him we are nothing, so we complete us.
Make no mistake this book is not just about women. Although it was written by a woman, and is depicted as a woman’s love story, it is about the bride. His bride is His creation, His masterpiece, and it encompasses all, men, women and indeed, everything that has breath. It is my prayer that you will insert yourself in every reference to the woman’s role, whether you be male or female, Jew or Greek, young or old. He prompted me to write this story
