Eight young men and women receive a message from God while they are graduating from Bible College about the seven churches they represent. They soon discover that the message is very similar to the message delivered in the book of Revelation to the seven churches in Asia. One of their friends is then attacked while protesting at a gay pride celebration that her church did not agree with. The news media then bans together and twists the story against Christianity. This then leads to the banning of Christianity and a new president while the two young girls that have been attacked had been taken away as a means to hide the truth. Can their friends rescue them and get the truth out before it's too late?

Stephen Elliot Gobble Jr is a man in his mid thirties that was called by God to study, clarify and to teach the scriptures of God, including end times prophecy. The revelations that have been given to him and his understanding of the scriptures at times can be very controversial, but he doesn't stray from the truth. Nor does he ask or demand that people believe any visions, theories or interpretations that he may have. As he claims "I would rather that a person would arrive at the truth than to just tell them the way that things are. That way when they finally do come to thier conclusion they would know what they believe. And believe what they know." This fact has gotten him in trouble several times in the past because as he puts it "I would rather have a room full of thinkers who really sought for the truth than a room full of sheeple that are tossed around by every church doctrine that is out there.". At the age of sixteen Stephen began writing poems and short stories as a hobby. Many of which that have become lost over time. In his mid twenties Stephen began writing play skits for the drama group that he was director of. Stephen has held many positions in churches. Positions held have been Drama Director, Sound Technician, Choir member, Security Guard, Teacher and Church Trustee. Stephen has also had and utilized the opportunity to publicly preach when possible. At the age of thirty three Stephen felt that God told him that God wanted him to write a book for him. Stephen began to write as he felt led to, but felt as if he was starting in the middle of the story. After putting up his pen and paper for nearly a year a tornado devestated the business that he has working for. Stephen said that he once again felt the urge from God to write a book for him. So as he began to write he prayed that he would only add what God wanted in the book. Several of the things that were written in his first book were unknown to him as he watched the story unfold as he wrote what is now known as "Storm Warning: The Final Warning before the coming Tribulation". The first book of a series to be released.

This book is dedicated to Jesus Christ, the one who had asked me to write this book as a warning to America as to where we are headed. This book is exactly as the title implies a last chance warning before the coming tribulation. The events written in this book can be altered, sped up, or slowed down if we put the initiative into becoming a world of Philadelphia. But if we get to the point illustrated in this book I’m afraid that life as we know it will soon be over. I welcome the day that Jesus Christ returns for his church. But not at the expense for those left behind to be destroyed in the eternal lake of fire where there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

I am not a writer but I was willing to do what Jesus requested me to do. And as such any likenesses of actual churches or names are purely coincidental. There are no doubt those who could have wrote this book and the ones to come better than myself, but I only wrote as the Holy Spirit guided me to. Again I am no writer only one willing to be used. If we would all humble ourselves and ask what we can do the Spirit of God would guide us to what we can for all of society and make this would a better place. After all, the world is our family and as such we should treat them as family. That is not to say that we should demand handouts or have to be forced into morality, but that we should be free and help one another to become better citizens and essentially a better world.

For years this country has shun God more and more while our morality has slipped. This has become evident as years have gone by and the government has started up more programs to force morality that truly only come from the fruit of the spirit which is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. All the while forcing God and his people into boxes regulating what we are allowed to do. However the demands from society have become so great that neither churches nor the government can handle all of the burdens by themselves. It will take all of mankind to do their parts and letting God back into this country and the rest of the world for it to happen.

I pray that all of you may find the Love and Grace that only Jesus Christ can offer.

I would also like to thank my wife, Gianna, for the help and support she has given me in my life and with this book, and my stepson Nathaniel for being a part of my life.

Chapter 1

The Final Meeting

There they were. Sitting in what was the last meeting they were going to have before they graduated. After 4 years of Bible College they were now graduated. And having one last gathering of the council of preacher’s children, or PCs as they had became known, seemed like something that just needed to be done. It’s hard to believe that after 4 long years they were getting ready to go home and join and/or take over their parent’s ministries. First there was Molly who was part of Cayster River Church in Ephesus, Georgia. Molly was now better off than most of the people in the school. She grew up in a really strict church that had set up systems that tested people in their Christianity, and could not stand evil of any kind. Scott learned a lot from her in the last 4 years, but it was hard for her to adjust to the school’s teachings. Molly grew up knowing biblical teachings. However the school’s leniency, compared to what she has been taught and even discovered on her own almost did her in. I’m glad that I don’t have to go there.

Then there was Michael who was a part of Eastern Orthodox Church in Smyrna, Georgia. Who was the complete opposite of Molly. In fact I thought his parents brought him in to try and destroy this college, but his church has been under attack by a Jewish synagogue that has been trying to ban the New Testament yet had been unsuccessful so far. His uncle has currently been fighting for a bill going through congress to ban all religions. Scott remembered asking him at one time how he was able to stand behind his relatives on these issues. Unknowingly to Scott, Molly had already gotten to him in more ways than one. They will be getting married next week. I’m happy for them, and besides, you can’t choose your relatives after all.

And there was Diane who is a part of the Pergamos River Citadel in Los Angeles, California. Talk about a place where anything goes. Some of the things she has talked about doing would make a sailor blush. However she is a really good person, kind hearted and beautiful. There would be times that Scott would get lost daydreaming about running his fingers trough her silky blonde hair, only to be disrupted by a teacher trying to get his attention as the other children laughed. Diane and Scott had a season together, but she really tested his strength with God. She has learned quite a bit, but I think she’s still on the fence according to some people’s standards. I just hope that she has the strength to deal with things when she gets home.

Then there is Susan who is part of Thyatira Valley Church in Reno, Nevada. She had more patience than anyone in the room that day, possibly even the whole school. She is actually moving on to be a teacher as soon as she gets home, while others like Scott and Diane are still looking for a job. She is a loving person and the services there are amazing. I visited her church one Sunday and I was impressed not just with the building or service, but everything. I remember looking at the calendar of events planned and thinking my goodness, how can they plan that much stuff in one week. It’s no surprise most people there are single. When would they even have time for a relationship?

Then there is Wesley from the Resurrection Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado. My, what a name, I don’t really know much about his church however. Whenever somebody would ask him about it Wesley would start talking about how many people they had going there. But whenever somebody would ask him about the services Wesley would start talking about how the worship was really energetic, but he hasn’t gotten much from the preaching. If it wasn’t for his father being the pastor I think he would find his own church and maybe he will soon enough.

Then there is Nicholas from the Open Door Church of Philadelphia in Texas. Kind of funny that a church in Philadelphia, nicknamed the City of Brotherly Love, would name the church exactly the way that the church is. The Open Door Church of Philadelphia was just that, an open door to anyone and any church that wanted to join. They have been very active in their communities, not just around them but worldwide. They are always sending different people on different missions. Whether it’s helping to clean up after natural disasters, sending missionaries to various parts of the world, helping their local food bank, building churches worldwide and I could go on but Wow is all I can say. You would think that with all his working and such with the church that he wouldn’t have time with education, but he wound up being the captain of out debate team, and came close to being class Valedictorian. If Scott had his drive he wouldn’t have had to struggle so much just trying to make it through school.

Then there is Stephanie from the Laodicean Street Church in New York, New York. They are probably one of the richest churches represented in the room that day, and no doubt, seeing that they are from one of the biggest commercial cities there is in the United States. They even have a food kitchen for the homeless and are constantly having clothing drives. But the services are somewhat lacking. Scott managed to stop by during the last summer break while he was visiting New York with his dad. The service was good but it was basically just a service so that people can come once a week, get about a 30 minute message from the preacher, pay an offering and head back out. I guess most of them show up just to feel good about themselves. And then there are also several that seem to really desire to have that closeness with God. The preacher there really seems to have his hands full, but you can’t make people love God if they don’t want to.

And then there was Scott. His father had a chance to become a pastor, but chose not to. He is a really good minister, but he’s not preaching material as he would always say. He says he was called to be a prophet of God, but he had always told Scott to keep that between them, because most people would shun him if other people knew that. But most people who got to know him knew that he was. He has counseled with different churches, and in fact he was the man to bring all Christian religions together to overcome the threats that were coming against the church world years ago. He is currently in Washington D.C. battling it out with Michael’s uncle and trying to stop the ban on all religions. Even though Scott grew up with a father like that, it was harder for him to make it through school. Prophecy never seemed interesting to him, and so neither did studying religion.

Chapter 2

God’s Warning

Everybody in the room had all had their chance to speak and Scott was closing the last meeting that they would all have at The River by saying And now it’s time to say goodbye to everyone. We just graduated today and tomorrow we will be on our way home. The friendships we have made will no doubt last a lifetime. No matter where you go in life, no matter what you do I pray that you will all do good. Someone may ask at this point ‘Don’t you mean do well?’, but I mean exactly what I say and that is ‘Do good’. Now if we will all bow our heads in prayer. I would like to ask for our safety before we go back to our dorms tonight.

As they all bowed our heads and Scott started praying for everyone’s safety, he also asked for their future guidance in life. That’s when they all started hearing a voice from heaven speaking to them saying. "Dear Children, fear not. I am the Lord, your God. My churches have come under attack and I
