About this ebook
Sometimes I wonder where all of this stuff comes from. Since I started my writing career, I have touched on many subjects, such as servant leadership, the hospitality industry, college sports, social media, and the ever-popular customer service experiences. I never quite know what or whom may inspire me to write something, it just happens - I get a feeling and start writing. There are people out there who might be surprised to know that they have inadvertently become famous through my blogging.
I write about things that interest me, tick me off, make me laugh, and things that I hope would be thought provoking.

Rants, Raves, and Other Random Thoughts......
Otherwise known as, Blogging, Leadership, and all the crazy things I think about.
Telling your story - isn't that what we are all interested in, regardless of how we choose to do so? As I have become acclimated with the practice of indie publishing coupled with the social media phenomenon; I have been able to uncover numerous mediums in which I am able share my story with the world. Throughout this education, many individuals have provided me with advice, constructive criticisms, as well as great ideas. This latest endeavor is an idea that has been recommended by many, so I figured why not give it a try ?
Sometimes I wonder where all of this stuff comes from. Since I started my writing career, I have touched on many subjects, such as servant leadership, the hospitality industry, college sports, social media, and the ever-popular customer service experiences. I never quite know what or whom may inspire me to write something, it just happens - I get a feeling and start writing. There are people out there who might be surprised to know that they have inadvertently become famous through my blogging.
I write about things that interest me, tick me off, make me laugh, and things that I hope would be thought provoking. Those of you who may have read my other publications may find this one a bit odd. This is an eclectic collection of events I have encountered, and thoughts that have occurred to me, that inspired me to write something. You may not agree with everything I have to say, but that's okay - I never claimed to be all things to all people. I believe that diversity of thought is important, as we all may have something to learn from one another.
Thank you for reading and enjoy!
Kristin
What Do You Stand For?
It’s not as easy a question to answer as one might think. How often have you given this statement any thought? In our hectic and crazy world, have you ever stopped to think about who you are and what do you care most about in life? I would be willing to bet that I am not the only one who needed the wake up call to figure this out. While this is important in our personal lives, it also becomes very important in our professional lives especially when we are called to serve those in an
