About this ebook
My favorite saying is, "The greatest oak was once a little nut that held its ground." And that is exactly what I did in regard to losing my hair. I stood firmly and said, "I will not be bald. I WILL find a solution." And now, after nine years of experimentation and finally succeeding, I want to share my knowledge and the secret of combining diet and acupressure with everyone that thinks they have no choice but to have thinning hair, be bald or look older than their actual age. I could list all the things I've tried and all the things you could do "in general" because there are plenty of books out there that give you lots of general information on how you might someday be able to grow hair; but I think you want to read in as few pages as necessary what the INCREDIBLY SIMPLE AND NEWLY DISCOVERED SOLUTION is so that you too, can as quickly as possible begin to "GROW HAIR, LOSE WEIGHT, FEEL GREAT!"

GROW HAIR, LOSE WEIGHT, FEEL GREAT!
How I Grew My Hair Back in 60 Days!
You will find this hard to believe - I scarcely believe it myself - I found, rather discovered a way to grow hair back after losing almost all of my hair and my sanity! For the past four years I have been driven, rather consumed with finding a solution to my dwindling and thinning hair. I talked to everyone who stood still or walked slow about my problem; did they know of anything that would help or did they know of anyone who had had any kind of success with any kind of treatment? I would have practiced voodoo or walked on hot coals, paid any price, (long as I could charge it and make payments) but there had to be a solution somewhere. I couldn't bear to be just another old lady with my scalp shining through a few sprigs of hair, but that is what I was becoming! I work out, walk, do yoga, eat right, try to look, dress and act young, but not too young. However, at 62, if you have no hair it doesn't really matter what the rest of the picture looks like, without hair, sad to say, you still look like an old lady. What's worse is you feel like an old lady. I did, anyway! Men can get by with it - you know, it is even fashionable to be bald, but every advertisement featuring a woman shows a gorgeous full head of glorious, shining hair; even if it is gray hair, it will be thick and lustrous. Our culture gives the message that if you have good hair you have style, you are seemingly worthy; but nothing screams OLD LADY
louder than a balding woman.
I tried wiglets and hairpieces, though I am not sure what the difference is. I tried wigs too; that even after paying plenty of good money for, they squinched up so I looked like a guard at Buckingham Palace, but nothing felt right or looked good enough to make me quit searching for a solution. I NEEDED HAIR!
My hair has always been fine and thin, and I color it to give it a little extra body, so I have to be extra gentle with it. Many years ago my hairdresser, Charla, suggested using velcro rollers because it was much easier on the hair than blow drying. But for the last couple of years I've had to blow it dry because I had so little hair and it was so thin there wasn't enough hair to hold the velcro roller in. I tried using a hair clip to secure the roller, however there wasn't even enough hair for the clip to grasp to hold it in; it was pitiful, and cry, I did. I even changed hairdressers because Charla was twenty miles away and I didn't feel like I needed to drive twenty miles to get forty hairs cut. I was embarrassed, too, and going to a new hairdresser, well, they had never seen me when I had hair so it was just easier. I'm happy to say that I have more hair now than I have had in many years; and it is now worth it to make the twenty mile trek again to see Charla.
During the past four years I have totally examined everything I was putting into my mouth, everything I was putting on my body, and everything with which I was surrounding myself to see if I could identify the cause of my hair loss. I realized years ago that antibiotics made my hair fall out, so anything short of a hospital stay and I will not take them, unless my physician insists, of course. I tried Biotin for hair growth and found I was allergic to it; so none of the hair and nails growth promoting combinations would work for me as they also had Biotin in them. I tried inversion therapy and scalp massage, nothing. I tried the scalp and shampoo treatments and they made my scalp burn like crazy but to no avail. The only thing they did was relieve me of some funds and time. I also changed to a sulfate-free shampoo which I still use, and while I think it is much healthier to use, it did not make any changes in my hair. I tried, too, the little needle-sharp roller on my scalp--Ouch! But still no hair.
I thought that the chlorine and the chemicals in our swimming pool were causing me to lose hair. And so, for these reasons and
